Avatar f tn There are a number of posts in the archives from blue92, who traveled to Indianapolis from the East Coast to have his ReZooms explanted by Dr. Kevin Waltz. They were replaced with Tecnis monofocal lenses, and blue92 was extremely pleased with his outcome. I believe that blue92 was referred to Dr. Waltz by another man posting here, who was very happy with his new vision after his ReStors were explanted and replaced.

233488 tn?1310693103 For those interested read also the article by Kevin Waltz OD. To me it summarizes a lot of what's wrong with some of my eye surgeon colleggues QUOTE: " I have always been described as an aggressive surgeon because I have always been more willing to remove a patients's seemingly minor caract than most of my colleagues. After undergoing cataract surgery myself, I bedcame more aggressive still" I wonder if Dr.
Avatar m tn Would you both be willing to try something completely new together? Like volounteering together or a guitar class? Something neither of you has done before and isn't necessarily the "norm" for either one of you?
Avatar f tn org by thyroid patients seeking to require endocrinologists to be more informed in practicing their profession. It is NOT anti-endocrinologist, it is PRO-medical education and standards for board certification. .If you are interested, go to Change.org and type in thyroid in the search box. I think the mission statement is very well thought out and explanatory. Every time anyone signs the petition, thyroid organizations such as AACE and ATA all over the WORLD are notified.
Avatar m tn i was on ORNOXIN TAB and ZENPRIDE 25 MG for 5 days
Avatar n tn This question is complicated by the fact that you apparently are psychotic. If you are, then you need to see your psychiatrist about this and perhaps change medications. A psychiatrist can also tell you what might be safe to take with this drug. Antipsychotics generally affect dopamine, and dopamine controls a lot of our motor functions, so it's often a cause of nerve problems or involuntary movements. If you're not in fact psychotic, you may be on too much drug for what ails you.
8892684 tn?1403993984 How can she say it? Well, she's his mother. She's thinking the best of her son, and it is probably true, after all one can love someone without going to the trouble of seeing him. But you have to decide what to accept. I'd be seeing a lawyer and getting ready to hit him with the double child support bill, and he can decide what he wants to do about visitation. (And if he backs out of visitation a lot, keep a journal.
Avatar n tn You can definitly have a psychotic episode while you are bipolar. And you keep mentioning a possible lack of sleep. That is a major trigger for mania, and mania can lead to hallucinations, etc. You may be right on the verge of a manic episode and need to calm it down before it spirals upwards. I hate to say go to your doctor, but unless you have something that has worked in calming you down and letting you get some more rest, I would make a phone call to the doctor.

Avatar n tn I'm not sure pinched nerves are caused by guitar playing. I've also been playing guitar for about that long, but I have no pinched nerves from it. I am, however, wracked with pain from other things, and if you do have pinched nerves it's likely the posture we assume when we play the guitar, with too much neck bending.
Avatar f tn ve had the worse anxiety ever this past week and have posted on this forum a few times. (wanted to jump out a window yesterday) Played Guitar Hero for about an hour in the morning and I must say it helped the symptoms some...couldn't focus on the chest pain as much while trying to beat my husband at this stupid game! I AM going to make an appt with my dr. for sometime this week hopefully to discuss this severe increase in anxiety.
738075 tn?1330575844 I played between sets last Saturday night after practicing my 3 songs during the day a couple of times.Well, I played like s#!t! My fingers just weren't keeping up with my brain, and I was making just one R hand mistake after another. Spastic, fatigued, numbed. I learned when I was a little kid to keep the tempo the same, even through mistakes, and many people won't even notice. But _I_ noticed! I hate this feeling of loosing my guitar ability.
Avatar f tn This evening a relative used my guitar right before me. My guitar strings press extremely hard into the skin and I think I may have some tiny cuts on my fingers(still hurt hours later) and I suspect that my relative may have done the same. If he has HIV wouldn't this warrant Post exposure prophylaxis?
