If she took this as an antipsychotic injection, it would be during an emergency situation but she would have to take the shots for several months and then go on the medication for longer than that.

I haven't had a reaction to medicine for clearing up a sinus infection, but I definitely have had anxiety while having a sinus infection. I believe it s due to some of the symptoms with difficulty breathing, etc. Some of the symptoms mimic anxiety so your brain can get tricked then you over analyze your symptoms and it brings out some anxiety. The steroids could definitely be causing some extra anxiety as well.
Due to going psychotic on Lithium and having flat affect from Lamictal, I have been off all meds for several months now. My Psychotic Break a year ago this month lead me to try meds, but quite them, once I felt stable enough. As a result of the low platelet levels my husband has had a bone marrow biopsy and we are waiting to hear the results. Since there was no complete blood count done before the treatment and the last cbc was done in 05 we don't know why his platelet levels are low. Could the pegintron/ribavirin treatment have caused damage to the bone marrow production? This is a living nightmare.
My five year old started out with runny nose, fluid in ears, cough etc five weeks ago we have been back to the doctors 3 times and all 3 times they put her on a new antibiotic. They told me if no fever let her go to school. I have kept her home and the most she makes into when I do send her is 2 days a week. I sent her today although she complained of a belly ache before school, I checked her temp. Gave her her antibiotic she ate a piece of toast and I sent her on her way.
I would say at this point he is psychotic. If he has psychotic breaks at periodic intervals that can happen from say bipolar with psychotic features but only a psychiatrist can provide a diagnosis but at this point he should see one now. When someone has day to day variances of what they think of a person entirely (with nothing else changing) that can be a sign of concern as well.
I went back to the doctor (a different one but same clinic) and after examination, said that they look like an inflammation of allergic reaction and put me on an anti-vital cream Fucicort to be applied for five days. After five days, I looked and felt ok. Five days after that, the itching and pain returned with what looked like rashes but still on the groin area. No discharge or pain when passing urine.
What do I do now? What specialist would I have to see if necessary.
