I'm 61 years old who has had an ED problem about 4-5 years. My wife is a beautiful and sexy fifty-six years old. I was in medications for depression for almost 10 years and I got off them 32 months ago. I still take clonazepam (1mg for the day and two 1mg at night) and Metadadate (one 20mg & one 32 Mg in the morning & same at 2 Pm). I had a heart attack in late 2002. I dropped 65 pounds and see my doctor regularly.
He has started suffering with depression in the last couple of years which he is on anti depressants for and has gained weight until he is now over 18 stone, this means that not only is the ED getting in our way nut he has no stamina either. It has now got to the point where we have only managed full sex once since Febuary and I don't know what I can do to help anymore. I have always tried to be understanding but feel like I have run out of patience. Please can somebody help.
I can still feel my arm throb, and that worries me, because i am under the impression that pain killers do not have any affect on cardiac of referred cardiac pain. Does anyone know if this is true?
My husband has had problems with ED for a while, due to medication. For a very long time I was very ill and so we had an essentially sexless marriage for a couple of years. A couple of years ago we decided that we needed to address the issue. We tried a few of the ED pills and Cialis seems to work best for him but it doesn't work every time and he wishes that he didn't have to take it so sometimes we go without.

5 which I feel fine.. As of late I have been waking up with what my friend believes is psychotic episodes, moments of ultra confusion for me as I usually have no recolection. It is now getting to the point where I could hurt myself as I thrash about and walk into walls. I had a CT Scan which showed no problem. These attacks which I thought where TIA"s (Transient ischaemic attacks) mini strokes if you like proved otherwise..
Not every breakdown is psychotic. I had a complete mental breakdown about 16 years ago or so which lead to 3 years of crushing depression - my illness course leaves me prone to this type of breakdown.
However not being on meds? Dont know - i went nearly 15 years not on meds and i thought i was fine until I wasnt and went psychotic manic, so you might be fine for a long time as well.
And I wasnt fine, I was hypomanic and looking back had at least 3 mini breakdowns and burnouts in that time.
I am currently recovering from a severe depression with suicide ideation in which i apparently had psychotic symptoms. Has anyone else had psychosis without knowing what it was until speaking to your therapist about what was going on? and does anyone have any advice as to what to look for in oneself when psychosis starts?
My pdoc yesterday told me it's possible to have a psychotic break from too severe anxiety. This scares me bad, what is that? Does that mean I'll go crazy and hurt someone? Myself? Has anyone ever had one of these? Also is there anyone here that has had several months of severe anxiety, then slowly goes back to several months of calm? I'm afraid this feeling will last forever. Just to make sure I'm experiencing this "anxiety" what does it feel like to u all?

I'm at the point of being desperate with my ED. Besides having all the health problems against me, high bp, high cholesterol, stress and age (50). I'm willing to try just about anything to get my sex life back. I've taken meds for high bp for 25 years and up until about 2 years ago, never really payed attention to the side effects.
i quit porn and masturbation since i was 27 years old, i only masturbate once a week since i was 28 years old, when i first heard of porn induced ED, but i still suffer from soft erections!!!
a couple of weeks ago, i had a constant trouble of remaining asleep, so i took 1 zoloft tablet 5mg, i woke up in the middle of the night with an unbelievable steel like erection, which i havent experienced ever that hard in my life.

I have been taking pain killers off and on for about 10 years. I used to be a drinker, smoke cigarretts, smoke weed, birth control...the whole nine yards. I do not do any of those anymore but the pain killers. I am getting concerned about my liver and kidney function now. Now that all the hype is comming down about the Tylenoyl i am getting worried. I am currently on 5/500 Vics 3 times a day. I was on Norcos 7.5/3259 (?) for a while and they decided to put me on the 5/500.
I now know I always had behavior that was unusual and somewhat abnormal since I was a child, first started having psychotic thoughts when I was 13 and then at the age of 18 had a full psychotic break. I never really felt like myself until I started that treatment in clinical study but once I did could look back and see that I always had behavior patterns and obsessions that were markedly abnormal.
