I used to be the little innocent girl who would buy everyone anything,i would be invited to a parrtiny just to be paltered with pain at the entence, i was treated like a joke i would be the only who would help anybody if they were in trouble but would never be helped. I would wait for everyone and anyone but end up being left behind. I would try to repair fights but would end up being the one talked about behind my back when i did nothing.

I know this girl who is crazy!!! she will be all happy at first then every hour or so she changes, if you touch her she will grab a knife and she will say STAY AWAY FROM ME YOU ALIEN!!

I won a car seat and baby stroller at a 'baby shower' for the women at my doctors office. I never win anything, ever...so it felt so good to finally win something and the first time it happens, it's for my princess. Winning just saved me over 200$ , I was going to put a stroller/car seat on layaway Friday. Now I can use that for other stuff. :) 53 days left!!!

after all this time I finally won my SSDI case...luckily I had a local attorney =) It's been such a long journey and I'm mentally/emotionally exhausted from fighting but now I can pay my medical bills and get help with my ICD leads.

On April 2nd I made the decision to admit myself to a psychiatric hospital due to a psychotic episode. The thing that I'm having the hardest time comprehending is if I induced the episode or not. I convinced myself that I was covered in fleas, I heard voices saying my name and calling me worthless in the past, & I experienced paranoia. I don't know what to think right now. I wish I could know if I made the symptoms worse or not...

can anyone share their experiences with psychotic mania or bipolar with psychotic features? i have no idea where mine are heading but they are here, and they are not backing down.

my 22 year old son just experienced a psychotic break. I need to understand how he was feeling. Is there anyone who has personally experienced this, and would be willing to describe what you felt? I am desperate to understand what he is going through.

5 which I feel fine.. As of late I have been waking up with what my friend believes is psychotic episodes, moments of ultra confusion for me as I usually have no recolection. It is now getting to the point where I could hurt myself as I thrash about and walk into walls. I had a CT Scan which showed no problem. These attacks which I thought where TIA"s (Transient ischaemic attacks) mini strokes if you like proved otherwise..

Not every breakdown is psychotic. I had a complete mental breakdown about 16 years ago or so which lead to 3 years of crushing depression - my illness course leaves me prone to this type of breakdown. However not being on meds? Dont know - i went nearly 15 years not on meds and i thought i was fine until I wasnt and went psychotic manic, so you might be fine for a long time as well. And I wasnt fine, I was hypomanic and looking back had at least 3 mini breakdowns and burnouts in that time.

I am currently recovering from a severe depression with suicide ideation in which i apparently had psychotic symptoms. Has anyone else had psychosis without knowing what it was until speaking to your therapist about what was going on? and does anyone have any advice as to what to look for in oneself when psychosis starts?

My pdoc yesterday told me it's possible to have a psychotic break from too severe anxiety. This scares me bad, what is that? Does that mean I'll go crazy and hurt someone? Myself? Has anyone ever had one of these? Also is there anyone here that has had several months of severe anxiety, then slowly goes back to several months of calm? I'm afraid this feeling will last forever. Just to make sure I'm experiencing this "anxiety" what does it feel like to u all?

Please help me I'm so scared, ok well I'm a 14 year old girl and I'm a virgin, and I've missed my period for like a month and 2-3 weeks now and I'm very very scared because for the past 1-2 weeks my lower stomach feels weirder than normal.. Like not period weird. And my stomach has gotten bigger and I am a flat stomach girl and I actually don't eat much. This morning I woke up and my breasts feel so much bigger and bloated.

If you are psychotic then you have a lot of company here. This doctor has outlived his usefulness to you, no matter what. It is totally unprofessional for him to take it personally that you are getting other consultations. He has absolutely no right to get angry. His emotions don't come into the equation at all. He is entitled not to treat you anymore if he doesn't like your actions or words, but that's as far as it goes.

My fiance and her are super happy bc they won our bet lol and they both wanted it to be a girl. Of course I was a little disappointed at first but after we left he said that we can try for my boy next time :). She is a healthy active baby and I can't wait to meet her.

Bipolar with psychotic features is not that rare. When a person has bipolar with psychotic features they have psychosis specifically during moodswings. When a person has schizoaffective as I do they experience psychosis all the time (as I did before my current recovery). The whole spectrum of bipolar to schizophrenia is linked up and they are just learning how.

I'm so excited ! I'm 20 weeks and just found out I'm having a baby boy! I wanted a BOY so bad and my boyfriend wanted a girl but I won. I got my little man and couldn't be happier. 1-15-15. How about everyone else??

Everyones immune systems and immune response is different.Some people will be consistently ill,where as others won,t be ill at all.Some people will suffer symptoms and some people won,t.

I now know I always had behavior that was unusual and somewhat abnormal since I was a child, first started having psychotic thoughts when I was 13 and then at the age of 18 had a full psychotic break. I never really felt like myself until I started that treatment in clinical study but once I did could look back and see that I always had behavior patterns and obsessions that were markedly abnormal.

in a way (takes less time) but it is still major surgery and drs never like those. Look at it as you won!
