They have a cople of site that have mp3 files of aa and na speakers and they are pretty good to listen to and it is free to download. If you don't have an mp3 player you can listen off of the computer, but today so many electronic have the mp3 players on them it is a small chance you don't have one.I actually did that I was listening to some files to remember some of my mother language.

I've got to say good job walking and weight lifting. Any type of activity is great. A certified trainer is a great idea. It decreases the chance that you will hurt yourself. I would find someone who specializes in pilates. Pilates involves a lot of exercises while on the ground. This will take a lot of pressure off your knees and back. It's amazing how strong you can get from doing bridge and modified plank poses.

i've been sober/clean for 24 years...have worked in the mental health field and currently worked in substance abuse.I've encountered many ppl with ur described issues..and there seems to be a great difficulty folllowing a treatment plan and changeing behaviors that elicit secondary gain.I'm pretty sure that whatever i say here will be met by u with tried it doesn't work...and a lot of anger and hopelessness.

Hey there just read your post when you have a minute check out a website called potentials unlimited they have cd's mp3, etc maybe you can download they are self hypnotic tapes (cd's) and they work! I was using the one for sleep and I would start listening and before long I was asleep without any meds whatsoever. If it's not your normal time to sleep, lets say you try it during the day, you will wake up towards the end. Give it a shot!
