t really know how to use this forum thing, i just saw overdose so i clicked i recently took an overdose 2 days ago i took paracetomol prozac ibeprofen asprin and some other drug that i found i had quite a bit of each and i'm experiencing headaches shakyness fuzzy eyes tirness i was sick a little yesterday and i feel so tired and headachy but i don't want to die anymore and i'm scared but i can't tell my parents or anybody!!!
so can i do anything to make this all stop?
If you decide to take this without speaking to your Dr, you should not take more than the recommended amount displayed on the bottle. Typical dosage ranges from 200 to 2,000 mg per day in divided doses.
the doctor told me when i feel these attacks coming on to take 50-75 mg in order to calm me down but isnt there some danger in here because i also have to take the same amount at bedtime. isnt this an overdose????? i havent started the medication yet but can any of u give me some insight. i also have these attacks everyday how can i control that???
PS hes the type of therapist that would prescribe anything just so he can have time to himself or go home early - i cant connect with him.
Hi I posted on here before and got great answers so I'm back again. I've had ADHD since 14 but only took meds for a few year before I decided to try things on my own. Now at 26 I'm working full time, going school and being a single parent. Needing help to focus and with depression I went to see a pyschologist( I have medi-cal so theres only one available) He put me on 10mg Adderall three times a day ( he said 4 but I made the decision to only do three).
when we are off these drugs for a week or longer, and our bodies have already detoxed and begun functioning without it, the possiblity of having an overdose is very high. An overdose from vicodin feels like your throat is closing, your heart beats really fast and it is hard to breath. It is the worst feeling in the world. My experience was light compared to what i heard could have happened from opiate overdose. People end up in comas and can die.
Due to his illness I want to make sure that when I count his pills that he will not take to much. I would like to know if anyone knows what the fatal amount of 10mg Oxycontin would be fatal. Thank you for your help.
All I can tell you is a gram and a half could very easily be an overdose amount. If you had taken that amount any other way besides snorting - you wouldn't be able to get on the computer right now... If you have any respiratory or heart problems though - get medical help and be on the safe side.
If you aren't going to get medical help, the best thing you can do is get as comfortable as possible and try to relax yourself.

Yeah, how old is she? And you really need to get informed about these drugs. Skipping doses can cause withdrawal, although this is less likely with Prozac than other ssris because it stays in the body much longer. When someone skips a dose, you just take the next dose -- doubling up can cause side effects. Prozac is one of the more stimulating ssris, and these drugs can cause odd thoughts especially in the young.
i do cocaine for more then 2 years and never happend something very bad,just it happend not to feel great,minor problem with my breathing,hot,agitate,but 3 days ago i pass out i dont remenber nothing for 40 min.i just remember when i do the last line.it was a overdose?
t seem to fine anywhere how long after a lethal amount or a small overdose (such as 1 accidental extra dose) on top of toxicity symptoms would start to show or when death would take place. So my question is when would symptoms begin to show and when would death occur. I don't need exact times but if toxicity showed hours after an over dose and death came days after it would give me a timeline which is all I'm looking for. Thank you.
Addereall is a very real drug it can be very dangerous to even take your recommended dosage your doc gives u let alone the amount u took. 3 months is my life with adderall ( 3 panic 4thone was a severe panic {aexcioty <can't spell} ,-hyperventilation absolutely no reason hand crampon almost fainting )kinda thing and all I did was instead of take my normal dose 1@7 1@3.
But about 3 days ago I took about 80 Propranolol trying to overdose but I woke up the next morning with weird side effects. The next night I was determined to kill myself so I took about 70 Prozac. It didn’t work either so I haven’t been to the hospital. But the last day and a half my blood pressure has dropped significantly into the low 50’s and now in the 40’s and I can’t get it to go up.
I took a series of ibuprofen and paracetamol overdoses about 8 months ago, whereby I tool a large amount of pills. During the course of several weeks, I took about 10-15 grams of ibuprofen and some additional Paracetamol each time. I cannot remember how much Paracetamol I took. This happened at least 8 times, and although my symptoms at the time were minimal, I suffered with headaches, back ache, stomach ache and some nausea.
I have since had quite bad heartburn probably from all the gerd etc.
At the end of the day you need to choose what is best for you. Prozac stays in your system for a shorter amount of time than Paxil. Paxil is strong, one of the stronger SSRIs and can be very difficult to get off of. I am taking Paxil and have been for the past 16 years. I started off at 10 mg then 20mg then 40 mg. Paxil has worked for me most of the time in addition to a very low dose of Klonopin both of which I take in the morning. You should not have to suffer. Is your doctor a psychiatrist ?
