Buy either a large cup you can fill with ice water or litre sized
water bottles. Because there is more
in the container, you will automatically drink more. As soon as its empty, refill it & take it with you everywhere. If you have trouble drinking straight water, try adding a little lemon juice or slicing up fruits, berries or cucumbers and make infused waters. They taste delicious and are much better for you than sugary sodas or juices.
