Does anybody know if its ok to drink protein shakes?

I just always got the bolthouse farms one from walmart lol. It should be ok. Thats not the bad protein stuff I was told to stay away from. I forget what is called.

I have bolthouse farms shakes from walmart they r safe I also have protein powder but I forgot the brand I will let u know what it is. My midwife said to have it. Soy is not got andthats in protein stuff but Iif it says soy protein isolate thats okay.

Just get some ensures shakes from walmart that help you gain weight. The strawberry shake to me is the best one. Taste just like a milkshake.

I bought the chocolate Special K brand protein shake but after reading the label more carefully I am not sure this is safe to drink.
