45. My daughter usually has a snack at 3:30, then eats dinner at 5:30 or 6 pm.
On days that she doesn't have dance, she goes and works out at approximately 7 pm for thirty minutes(15 walking and 15 running). She also does these weight exercises,crunches, push ups, and stretches before and after her workout When she comes in, she has a bowl of Kashi cereal. She usually goes to bed anywhere from 10-11:30 pm.
