hi I recently went to my doctor for losing weight from the depo shot and they suggested I try taking ensure protein shakes I would love to try them but I don't know if im gonna like it and if its really gonna work did anybody try ensure protein shakes and if they did let me know if it works and if it taste good

There is a difference in protein meal replacement shakes and ensure... You just have to read. Ensure will be best should try luna bars their for women and it has protein and vitamins. Target sells them.

There r some really good organic powder shakes just make sure that its approved for pregnancy cause some of the powder protein shakes have metals in them whic can harm ur baby id used on a daily babes. Best product I have found is teraswhey.com has lots of great organic stuff for pregnancy.

I bought the chocolate Special K brand protein shake but after reading the label more carefully I am not sure this is safe to drink. m pregnant again, I have been making shakes in the morning (spinach, banana, apple, pear) for breakfast, diabetic g Lucerne protein shakes for lunch (cause they are sugar free) and a sandwhich and lots of veggies and meat for dinner snacking more healthy and no fast food, I have lost 5 pounds but my baby is getting everything it needs, it just comes down to watching what you eat

You def want to load up on veggies and fruits. Think of more protein then carbs. So protein shakes are a great snack and helps baby to grow. This is normal, its all hormonal.
