Instead you should drink something that has electrolytes to refuel your body, and also something that has
protein, sodium, potassium. Lots of guys have those
protein shakes. Some even swear by eating
shakes with raw eggs. Kinda gross if you ask me.
Make sure to learn about all the different strength training excersises you can do. There are ALOT. Like for example, if you are trying to work on abs, there are SO MANY crucial different ones that work all the different ab muscles.
