Avatar n tn Probably not the answer you are looking for, supplements aren't going to make your muscles miraculously bigger - if you aren't getting bigger or stronger, it just means you aren't working out properly. Aside from things like steroids, you are just going to have to do the work and most of the other supplements on the market are just going to rip you off.

Brown rice powder isn't one of them -- brown rice protein is, but that's protein isolated from brown rice, whereas hemp powder is just powdered hemp, which as a seed will have some protein but is mostly nutritious for its omega 3 fatty acids. But all nuts are high in protein, as are all beans.
