Avatar f tn Milk does have Vitamin A in it; however, skim milk does have more of the vitamin. When fat is taken out of the milk to make skim milk, the fat soluble vitamins got pulled out too so the vitamins are added back in. Suggest drinking regular milk or drink Soy milk, which is plant base.

I usually mix the product in a GNC shaker bottle with about 10 oz of skim milk. Avatar n tn I have never given him skim or 1% but it all still have milk in it so I would think that it would possibly still produce excess mucus. If it makes you congested I suppose you will just have to weigh in if it is worth it to eat/drink dairy....we decided no to our son because it almost always clogged him up. Happy breathing!

I wont ask you to eat fruits because that sounds boring drink freshly prepared fruit juices. Eat cucumbers rich in water content. Besides that,i would insist you to go for workout more. Obviously you can lose weight without ant exercise but i wont reccommend that. Workout gets your body toned up. One amazing workout. You would required a treadmill. Drinking skim instead of whole gives you more testosterone and we women need estrogen for a healthy pregnancy - that is why you should eat whole milk, regular ice cream etc. Other than the milk part I didn't get much from it.
