Good foods to include on a reduced-fat diet include skim

nonfat yogurt, 4 to 6 ounces of boiled, broiled or baked lean meat, fish or poultry, nonalcoholic beverages and broth-based soups. If you have high blood pressure, choose low-sodium soups. Avoid whole milk, cream, high-fat bakery products, such as biscuits, nut breads, and doughnuts, fried, creamed or breaded meats and cream-based soups.
