Avatar f tn I meant healthy foods. By the way, in addition to being pro-inflammatory, milk is very high in calcium but almost deficient in magnesium, producing an electrolyte imbalance and leaching out muscle-relaxing magnesium. Definitely not a good recovery drink.

The 20grams of fat *****, you have to learn to eat a lot of small meals during the day. It's gotten easier for me. I make a protein shake in the morning with whole milk and a tablespoon of peanut butter, that's about 30 grams, at 11 am I eat some fruit and usually eat a sandwich at 2.

I've heard salmon, brussel sprouts, both I love, beans which I'm not a fan of... any other ideas lovlies?? Could mix with some fresh fruit D--Brown rice with chicken, roasted asparagus. Dessert--1/2 cup FF/SF pudding.

Avatar n tn I agree with the girls above.. low carb diet has been shown to help fertility- even in people without PCOS or prediabetes.. also drinking milk that isn't nonfat, like 2% and cheese and almonds "healthy fats" is shown to improve hormones that can help with getting pregnant.. here is a great article that cameout in newsweek ealrier this year! http://www.newsweek.

Do you know if there also is a limit then on protein in breakfast itself? This is something my doctor has not talked to me about? I too wonder about any protein? Since I take synthroid, do you know how that works,? You said it is a good idea to take all vitamins 4 hrs. after taking synthroid, could this be the same with protein?

I went with veggie & fruit smoothies and used soy milk as it had higher protein content (vs other but mills). But I want to know if anyone else has found out anything else!
