For snacks I still eat the whey which Is unflavored and I can add it to anything. They wanted me to get it from plant based products, fish, chicken and turkey, cheese and eggs. I was a mess and they threatened me with a feeding tube.

I'm not sure if sodium caseinate is the same as caseine or not ?? I cannot recall. Corn and corn syrups are less known allergins, too, that are in some formulas. Some powders vs. liquid ready to feeds have different ingredients. If you use our food diary you can track your son's foods, etc.
