gain weight, not lose it. My doctor put me on a high
protein diet and by the time I realized high protein wasn't for me, I'd gained an additional 15 lbs when I was already overweight from hypothyroidism... while I lost 23 lbs, when I went off the high protein diet, I'm still struggling to lose the remainder of my hypo weight.
Everything must done in moderation.
