I used to just eat protein bars but I am trying to incorperate some food into it like a turkey burger..etc. Problem is that I am not losing weight at all if anything its goin up a little everyday! I usually take in between 850-1000 calories a day. I was told that was the reason I didnt lose weight then I increased to 1200 and same thing!! I have never had this problem can some one PLEASE HELPPPP!!

Avatar f tn I did manage to get another hot bath and then went to the grocery got some essentials (more gatoraide and juices for me and the kids and toilet paper, some bananas and fruit and soup and some protein bars and nutri grain bars and easy stuff for the kids to eat, so I feel better about that!) I really thought i would be feeling somewhat better now, the pukes and poops are gone, so thats great, ant the sleep is coming back which is awesome!
Avatar m tn Well, I know you say you don't have time to get to the gym, but that is what will boost your appetite and help build the muscle you're looking for. Even if you can't do it regularly, try to at least go for a jog around your block once or twice a week or do workout videos (like the well-known P90X videos) that are quick to whip you into shape at home. As for meal plans, combining complex carbs and protein is your best bet for gaining muscle.
