Hey, does anyone know if theres anything to buy over the counter that will speed up healing process/sort out the immense pain/ and help with peeing with herpes? Ive tried a few things, tea tree and olbas oil seems to get rid of them when i feel im getting a tingling sensation but once there fully there i find it really difficult to get them to leave. I wouldnt mind going to my doctors but i get them so regularly i would be there every other month!

OK so I'm 12 weeks+5 and I haven't gone to the doctor due to insurance so I went to buy over the counter prenatal vitamins and on this other app I have it says don't take any supplements that contain vitamin A it can cause birth defects .. And well the prenatal vitamins I take have vitamin A... Should I keep taking the same ones or go buy some new ones???
This took about 3 or 4 months to occur. I stopped all supplements, the swelling went away. After a few weeks I started the supplements again, only adding a new one every week or so. Eventually the swelling came back. Again I stopped all suppements. A third time I started the supplements, cutting some of the dosages in half, the swelling came back. I was never prescribed prenantals, I went to Walmart and bought the generic brand, they have 2 pills you have to take daily, a smaller gel capsule and a larger pink pill. I have been told that these work just as well and every check up my levels are fine.
