I have POF with fsh 101 at age 30 i am on progyluton from 2 months have joint pains and melasma on face and receeding hairline will progyluton help with these problems?
I went to a dermatologist and she put me on propecia for the hair loss. I also took a blood test and said my iron was low. But other then that I my blood was normal. Is it possible they ran certain tests on my blood and not others which maybe why I am misdiagnosed. I have a follow up in late july. I didnt have this burning sensation before i went to see my doc. And my burning scalp is not a symptom of propecia. Any ideas to what this could be? A disease?

ve had to wear pulled back in a tight bun for work purposes for the past several years. It never seemed to be a problem before. However, in March 2009, I noticed a small spot at my temples where the hair was sparse. And in the last 3 months, my hairline over my forehead has receded, and the hair on the left side of the top of my head is very thin. I've stopped wearing my hair up in a bun, but everything I've read says that traction alopecia may be irreversible after a certain point.
0, T4F - at 14.0-17.0. I have no other hypothyroid symptoms but constantly receding frontal hairline and thinning eyebrows worry me a lot. I know about the importance of the diet, am taking various supplements for the hair, there is no hereditary problem and I have no menopause symptoms as yet (I'm 50). As far as I understand, my thyroid tests results are low, so perhaps this can be the cause of the hair loss?

I had very thick hair pre-accutane and i noticed hair-thnning lately and my hairline as also been receding. This is driving me crazy. When i was young I used to have really thick hair. At the age of 14 I started to masturbate once a week, and when I was 15/16 I would masturbate at least 2-3 times per week. I have been taking a daily dose of tinzaparin for the last 4 months to treat my bilateral pulmonary embolism and deep vein thrombosis, and i have noticed my hairline receding and my overall head of hair thinning.

it is as if it was a wet flaky paste that settled there and then dried up. i have to scratch it away really hard to get it off the scalp. also, the hairline is receding and the redness is evident in all the scalp wherever i scratch it. i've got my head shaved many times and tried treatments but they didnt work. the doctors asked to see my genitals when i'd tell them this problem and just said its "some fungus" but they were unable to cure me.
