I am not sure why the pharmacists are big on the troaches. Maybe they can regulate the dose that way compared to
Prometrium which come in at 100, 200, 300, and 400 mg I believe. And, since sleep has been an issue, perhaps the thinking was that you would benefit from the side effect progesterone has when it passes through the liver and gives off a by-product that makes you sleepy.
But, the progesterone itself should not cause these problems.
