Avatar n tn RibaPak / Ribasphere If you carry commercial insurance*, the Ribasphere Ribapak Copay Savings Card may reduce your monthly copay. If you have not yet received this card from our office, you may obtain your card online by visiting www.ribapak.com/savings. If you are uninsured, contact the Ribacare Patient Assistance Program at (866) 650-7422 Don't give up. It would a shame if you had to stop treatment over red tape.
Avatar n tn Under my insurance, my name brand copay is $50 but because I use the manufactor pharmacy card, my copay is just $10. These cards are completely free, there is no catch. This particular prescription has a cash price of like $480 so that's quite the savings!
572651 tn?1530999357 The mfg of Lunesta will send you a discount card that will pay your copay on insurance, up to $50 per month ($600 per year) if you use their sleep medicine. I figure this is information worth sharing with you ..... http://www.lunesta.com/dreamkit/lunesta-savings.html?

Avatar f tn I think 2 mg Prograf per day at 6 months out is a really nice dose and his Prograf blood level of 6.5 is definitely within range.
1040373 tn?1273687488 This really confuses and concerns me. With your insurance you should have a co-pay or an amount that you are responsible for. People without insurance are often asked to pay for services in advance. My nephew's partner is uninsured and was recently in kidney failure (she's 22years old) and they would not do the kidney biopsy until she paid 50% of the bill. Crazy, huh?
667078 tn?1316000935 Well I am again left hanging by Teva copay assistance. I went through being accepted to SS discount program never to have them come through. Then they suggested I apply for needs based through the Chronic Disease Fund in July they accepted me a day after I refilled even though I faxed in the paperwork asap. They would not honor it until my next three month refill in October. I sold my mother's gold necklace to pay the three hundred dollars.
Avatar n tn If i lower my prograf lower than 6.5 through rate i start getting discomfort right side .i am having cognitive issues on prograf that are getting very hard to live with, seems like it got alot worse after my last of three mri with contrast in two years. was hospitalized two days after last contrast exsposure white blood count went to1000, headach, fever urine got exstremly foamy, severe itching ,tighting and rashd eveloped on lower legs two weeks after.
Avatar m tn I take Prograf for the liver transplant and I know Naragenin affects the Prograf levels. My question is if during treatment I also took Naragenin and my prograf levels were closely watched and adjusted for the Naragenin effects, wouldn't I have a better chance of clearing the virus.
572651 tn?1530999357 We have had many discussion about Provigil vs Nuvigil - I just received an email with the offer from Nuvigil for 7 days free and a prescription card that will cover the co-pay (up to $50) for many people. Though it probably has the usual exclusion of rx's filled with govt. programs. I thought this was worth sharing. You should find the link off their home page at nuvigil . c o m - take the spaces out, of course! be well, stay alert!
Avatar n tn I believe that diarrhea can cause an elevation in Prograf level. Taking Prograf with food can decrease absorption and result in a lower Prograf level. This is even more pronounced if you take it with fatty food. If Prograf doesn't upset your stomach it is best taken about 1 hour before eating - on an empty stomach. The range on my labs sheet is 4 - 16 so you are well within range.
Avatar f tn Pentamidine (aerosol) 1x monthly, Prograf 2mg 2x daily, metroprolol tartarate 12.5mg 2x daily, magnesium oxide 400mg 2x daily, oscal, multi vitamin, vitamin d3 1000iu 1x daily. Thanks.
626299 tn?1316707893 Vertex does have a copay help program which give a 20% copay help. After a 20% copay card from Verrtex, my out of pocket, roughly $14,000 for a 12 week treatment. I just cant afford this. Is anybody working on a drug coverage appeal for Incivek or have you found other means of assitance?
6786733 tn?1384795749 How's your credit rating/limit? HectorSF knows a lot more than me but if worse comes to worse paying off a credit card, or credit union loan might be a way to go. You can't buy an old used car for $1800 these days. Please keep us posted.
Avatar n tn Is your copay for prescriptions $25? check your ins card. If generic is cheaper than $25 then I'd opt for the generic. Still unsure? Call your BCBS to double check. When I had my prescription filled it was for a 90 day supply. ( the first one to get filled). If you have a $25 copay, then you should contact your doc and have them redo your prescription for like a 60 or 90 day supply at a time.
Avatar m tn My current dose is Prograf 3 mg AM/ Prograf 3 mg PM and Rapamune 4 mg AM. The intent is to convert me to 100% Rapamune because of the nephro-toxicity of the Prograf and my young age and because of the anti-cancer properties of Rapamune. Data, while horribly limited, has shown Rapamune's anti-cancer properties have had success against vascular tumors such as mine so EHE, in this case chronic, is part of the cancers Rapamune affects (some cancers it has no effect).
Avatar f tn I went into rejection twice in the hospital and because of this my transplant team saw it best to put me on 5mg of prograf twice a day as well as 4 mg of rapimune, which by the way was off label and i had to sign a release form for. Just within the past 2 months they lowerd my dosage of rapimune to 2mg but kept the prograf the same. My question to you is exactly how suppressed is my immune system?
2863077 tn?1436670789 I'm in Utah and its 60 days for me.
1644856 tn?1301038801 Will it come because of the fk prograf? I also fight diabetes, which I never had before the transplant. Now I feel like some junkie on pain killers. What do you think of all this? I`am worried about the future.
29837 tn?1414534648 05mg daily of Prograf. Has anyone who had a liver transplant gotten off the Prograf completely? Inquiring minds want to know.
Avatar m tn Have the $5 copay card on Repatha (wife is on too and has no problems and had less but still too many problems on statins) but we go on medicare in a year and then the $5 copay card turns into $150-$400 per month. Will keep her on, cause her numbers are VERY bad and I will probably go back to Welchol and zetia, for what it is worth.
Avatar f tn I have a bcbs ppo and was supposed to have a copay at my first visit, but since I'd already paid a bit out of pocket they said it was covered
Avatar n tn There is a coupon card you can print out. Go to the tab that says $0 copay. 2/3'rds of the way down there should be a button you can push to access the printable card. Print it out and give this to your pharmacist. The current coupon will cover $50/mos. of your script. I was on suboxone for 6 years and never paid for any co-pay or anything. My script was mainly paid by my insurance and the remaining co-pay was covered by a similar coupon.
