my daughter uses the solutab, you cant really give a ton of water to an infant. you could ask the pharmacist. i think the tabs are easiest, just pop it in and they disolve.

That's what I have is the solutab Prevacid, but I don't know for sure if that is what amy0013 is talking about or not. It's Prevacid tablets that dissolve in water and I just give it to her with a dropper.

m not sure if the over the counter version is exactly the same as the prescription. You can also ask your doctor what else you can take to help with the acid rebound. Avoiding acidic foods also helps. Good luck!

My daughter is 5 and a halfyears old and her doctor has been treating her for the past year with prevacid solutab 15mg daily, which at first relieved her symptoms after a couple of weeks until recently. , there could be a serious reason why this is happening, i dont mean to scare you, it could be that you are constipated and pushing to much, but if the bowl is filled up, i would call your doctor right away, and this way, they can rule out different causes and hopefully get to the problem, i wouldnt take anything over the counter until i was seen by a doctor, good luck, let us know how you make out.

yes yes, I am clean from Vicoden, Antidepresants but still am using a sleep aid, have been using over the counter meds for sleep since the 80's then went to prescription sleep aid and now I only sleep 3 or 4 hours using them. I am going to go off them soon. My Dr would like to see me wait until Jan just because I came off two meds this year and had surgery's but please don't go to prescription sleep aids I think it is harder to get off them than OCT.

It sounds like indigestion from the spiciness of the BBQ. Taking a good over the counter antacid should relieve your discomfort. Prevacid is a good one ... or just ask the pharmacist and you'll be just fine! Take care ....
