i took all my samples and im due today my daughter is just too comfortable so ill be getting induced the 18th

Can you cut them in half? My prenatal vitamins are pretty large but not sure if they make a smaller size. Do they have chewable/gummy ones out yet?

I am 5 weeks pregnant and I know I need to start taking prenatal vitamins but so many to choose from, any advice on which is better or they all the same?

If you dont mind spending a little bit more for a better prenatal. I use baby&me prenatal. Its about $30 for a month off amazon. And the pills are large. However, i absolutly love this brand! I tried a half a dozen linds before this including samples the doctor gave and they all made me sick. This one i had no side effects from. Its also made from whole foods instead of synthedic ingredients.

I suggest getting prenatal vitamin samples like I had to.

Just to know wich prenatal vitamins are you taking, I take already for 3 weeks the similac ones but feel like those are making me nauseous and want to change to another. Wich ones are you taking?

I had to stop until later in my pregnancy. I asked my doctor for any samples of prescription vitamins and tried them until I found one that didn't make me sick. Earlier in my pregnancy, I would drink Carnation Breakfast Essential milkshakes to give me some vitamins. Good luck!

^^ its not harmful to baby if you dont take vitamins..the vitamins are for you,baby will take everything they need from you regardless..a healthy diet is all you need...

12th) the Dr gave me some prenatal samples, they are the 1 a day prenatals, i havent took any so far im 7 weeks 4 pregnant, a lot of pregnant people i know told me that the prenatal vitamins make them nauseous, and im already always nauseous, so I feel like if i take any i will probably throw it up, i actually want the gummie ones because i heard they dont make you nauseous.. what are yalls opinion on this? I recently got Vitafusion™ prenatal gummy vitamins because I was chewing my big ones the hospital (not my ob/gyn) had originally prescribed due to my anemia and that was just awful tasting! I'm concerned because the new vitamins don't contain iron so should I just stick to chewing those nasty ones or ask my doctor to prescribe me an iron supplement??

I can't take prenatal vitamins. They make me very nauseous so I take Flintstone vitamins. And they don't make me sick at all. And they work just as good.

I feel like my vitamins and prenatals are making me nauseous and have headaches. All i wana do is sleep to forget. Dr gave me calcium 2 a day, ferrous sulfate for iron deficiency 3 a day,laxative pill, folic acid 3 a day, fish oil pills 3 a day... isnt too much iron bad for you? And i thought this was soo much. Iam 8 wks pregnant not knowing what to expect (my first child) iam 31yrs old. Omg my breasts are so tender and i have implants too. They feel so hard. Does anyone have this problem?

I take prenatal vitamins with iron from GNC. with my first pregnancy I took the prenatal vitamins by One A Day and threw them up everytime. These have no side effects and I feel great. They also sell one without the added iron. :) Good luck.

That is a little strange. Just tell him you would like a prescription for the prenatal vitamins that you usually take. Tell him the other vitamins made you sick to your stomach.
