prenatal vitamins make me sick

hey everyone i have a question. i was taking the prenatal vitamins but they make me sick and feel nausea and i was wondering what other type of vitamins can i take because i know i need them im 11w&1d pregnant and i want my baby to be healthy is my second child and i didnt feel like this when i took them with my first one.... what can i do or what can i take??

I'm 19+3 with my first child and my prenatal vitamins make me sick to my stomach. I can't keep anything down. I've also tried taking them at night before I go to bed. Is there an alternative I can take?

Prenatal s make me super sick this is my 4th pregnancy and i couldnt take them with any of my pregnancies. My doctors have always told me to take Flintstones complete vitamins they have every thing your baby needs minus making you sick. All my kids have come out healthy.

Are all the prenatal vitamins the same? The ones I am taking make me deathly sick. They would make my stomach cramp so bad and I would get sick beyond belief. My friend used to get sick with her pills but then she switched to prenatal gummies & it worked out great for her. I even tried 1, it taste just like candy & I didnt feel nauseous either but then again i never had a problem with prenatals ...

Some brands just dont work for some people. The one a day work for me but the ones from my doctor make me really sick. You just have to keep trying different brands until one suits you. There are gummie vitamins ive read a lot of women prefer those and that they were easier on the stomach.

My doctor told me to stop taking mine till the first day of my 2 trimester because they make me sick as well try doing that cuz usually by the second trimester the nausea should ease up :)

You will be fine and your baby will to. I don't take mine everyday. They make me sick. I went and bought the gummie prenatal pills, and still don't take everyday. Make sure your diet is healthy. You can get alot of vitamins out of the veggie you eat. Folic acid is the most important vitimin in your babys development. Spinal bifida is a genetic disorder, and there is no link to prenatal vitmins stopping it from occurring. I do remember that from nursing school.
