i had full hysterectomy in october 2009 for ovarian cyst. then my doctor gave me premarin 0.06 1 tablet per day.this medicine is very good.i feel very well to take this.but there is a problem .in 2009 i was 45 kg and now i am 65 kg.please help me and give me a suggestion what will i do and how will i reduce my overweight.
I was suppose to go for exporitory surgery for the mass that was found on my right ovary but they found it to be cancer and opted, with my consent, to do a total hysterectomy. My doctor, who is a OB/GYN, preformed the surgery and after placed me on Premarin. I was worried after finding out all the health issues around premerin, especially the blood clots, since my mom died of that several years after her hysterectomy.
Emotionally and physically. There are so many changes my body has gone through. I have experienced weight gain, mood swings, leg cramps, fatigue and loss of interest in life. I have been taking Premarin a low dose. I just stopped taking it since I don't think it's helping anyways. Any suggestions on hormones or no hormones? Or alternatives?
So she told me to have a Premarin 0.625MG and deviry 10MG. Premarin should take from 5th Day till 25st Day and Deviry from 19th till 25th .. After three month the size of uterus has not increased much so Dr suggested us to have 2 Premarin . But she is not having her period from last three Months.
Could you please suggest whether she took Deviry 10Mg to get her period back..

An ultrasound revealed a growth on my thyroid, but the endocrinologist said it didn't have "the signs" of a cancerous growth, and it's small, so they're just keeping an eye on it. What are the reference ranges on your FT4 and TT3? Ranges vary lab to lab and have to come from your own lab report.
Do you have any hypER symptoms? Intolerance to heat? Diarrhea? Insomnia? Anxiety? Elevated heart rate or blood pressure? Were you trying to lose weight over the paswt year?
I find that great btw anyways she tells me she wants me to gain at least 20 more pounds b4 I am due in October thats crazy now I know im going to put on more weight but 20 lbs seems to be alot especially since I already weigh 221 my baby is 100% healthy I dont see the reason why I should purposely try and gain more weight whatever I gain naturally will be ok buthonestly ill probably gain that or at least close to eat because I eat everything in sight lol
I was diagnosed for missed abortion last May 17,2008 (as seen in the Ultrasound,the baby has no heart beat) i was administered a premarin 0.62 mg every 6 hours, the doctor said to soften the cervix as well as cytotec 200 mg every 8 hours. I was wondering why i should be given premarin? I have read that premarin is mainly estrogen.. Do i need to continuously use this product? They are waiting for me to bleed for them to be able to perform the D&C. Please advise asap...

I received a full hysterectomy in 2004 and I have been in menopause every since. I have tried every over-the-counter remedy known. I also tried a very low dose of hormones and got sick with them. I am really trying to figure out a way for the " hot flashes", mood swings, and weight gain to taper off. I am 41and I am experiencing excessive facial hair, as well as body hair. This has been the worst experience for me. Do you have any suggestions for me?
So I'm 7 weeks and my doctor has told me not to gain any weight until 20 weeks. This is starting to stress me out as the morning sickness is kicking my butt and the only thing that helps is to snack all day. I feel like it will be impossible to not gain anything for the first 5 months! Should I just ignore my doctors wishes? Or do you really think it's possible to gain no weight for that long. I took the 1/2 pill with great caution as my mom took premarin for many years and ended up with breast cancer which eventually took her life 5 years ago). I finally convinced my gp doctor to check my hormone levels and according to the nurse they came back normal. My gp doctor had already prescribed Premarin for me to take at .3mg. daily. I have not had a hysterectomy. He did not prescribe any type of progesterone for me to take but told me to go ahead and take the Premarin. Advised me that I should see a gyn--which I already did and they did not test my hormones at all. I have terrible hot flashes every day, insomnia, anxiety and mood changes.

Yeah...Lucky me. I had a partial hysterectomy in Feb 2000 (left the ovaries) so she explained that "Surgical Menopause" hits you harder and stronger...
Most of the weight you gain in pregnancy is in the third trimester. If you're only 27 weeks and have already gained that much then your doctor is probably just very concerned that you're likely to top 80 lbs total weight gain by the time you give birth. That's not healthy. It's not good for you and it's not good for your baby.
Can I use Premarin cream along with a yeast medication(Diflucan)? Does the moisture in the Premarin cream keep a yeast infection from healing?
Please read it, and DO ask your doctor about prescribing Premarin while you still have your uterus. I provided a link to an FDA website that talks about it.
