jogging a few days ago to help lose some calories. After the 4th loop up a hill, I started feeling dizzy and stopped, and I walked the rest of the way. I have an appointment next week with my Dr. but I'd like to keep jogging every other day until then. My family thinks I should be power walking instead, but I just love jogging.
