i have the veins too i hate them and i have really bad stretch marks from my first pregnancy bt ive been using bio oil through out this whole pregnany so theyre kind of going away. bt i feel more self conscience about looking more fat than pregnant cause im only 22 weeks. its awkward when people look at me so i always wear my jacket.

Hi everyone. I just picked up the MRI Images from my brain and cervical spine studies, in preparation of the MS Specialist appointment coming up in 3 weeks. I have a peculiar problem of being able to see after images for a little more time than normal.Due to which my eyes are not able to accommodate moving objects. Hence, I can see a series of bats when a cricket shot is played by a cricket batsman. Similarly If i move my hand or anything in my hand I can see the moving hand/object even after the hand/object has reached the new place and that moving hand/object merges with the hand/object at the new place in a second or two.

Hi doctor I am 21 and am 3 months post partum , ever since I had my daughter I noticed ghost images in my right eye only . It's usually when I am sitting far away from my tv but when I get up close it is gone ! Do you know what could be causing this !? I am nearsighted and have been since I was younger but never really wore my glasses !

Although he would NOT cooperate, we were able to get a few good shots of his face. He so cute!(I know, I'm the momma) He kept putting his hands in his face and the umbilical cord was just everywhere. It was an amazing experience for dh and me though. I thought after seeing him we would come up with a name but....NOTHING.

I also have not had a CINE MRI but would like to know if possible blocked or comprimised cfs flow cam be seen on the regular MRI images. My cerebellum seems to be pressed against the back of my skull. Not sure if all the pain and pressure in my head and neck are caused by bad flow or none at all in some areas. I feel like banging my head against the wall on most days. My head is going to explode! At least that what it feels like. I feel like this is slowly killing me.

No you ovulate after your period in between finishing and ending. Okay, xrays over and over and over without protective ...that's what's bad for baby. The chances that you will get an xray are slim, but the chances that you'll hurt your baby are none. A properly trained xray tech will shield your baby and still get good images. An MRI will also give good images, but you'll be laying in one position for upwards of 45 minutes and the magnet can irritate the baby into wiggling a lot which can cause blurry images.

Earlier gestational ages might have grainy, fuzzy images due to the small size of the heart. Later in gestation, the images may be shadowed by the ribs and other bones. That being said, at 17 weeks gestation it would not be impossible to get good images of the heart, especially if you were not very large at the time of imaging. We routinely inform patients that VSDs may not be appreciated on a fetal echo.

Hi, What does a white spot (dot,speck) on a AX FRFSE T2 MRI image mean if the white spot is located inside of the spinal cord canal, not the spinal column canal. It's on about 8 images and is around the T5-T8 area and goes in and out (more visible, less visible) but is present still throughout those areas. Please help I was in a accident when I was 16 that brought this all on.

m curious about what interpretations might be. I'm asking because I've gotten three different MD opinions in answer to that question. Thanks.

I had that happen (and still get those images occasionally). It's called intrusive thoughts. My psychiatrist told me that the fact that it upset me so much shows that I'm not a horrible person (my thoughts were just awful :( ). Do you see a psychiatrist? There are meds (even some they can put you on temporarily) that can help you get through this... sometimes they're caused by stress (or in my case, a bipolar mood disturbance). I know it's terrifying.

A dermoid cyst is a foreign object. If you go to Google Images and search for images of dermoid cysts, you will definitely want to remove what you have after seeing what they can become. Since you are not pregnant yet, it is probably best to remove the cyst before you do become pregnant, so that it is not an added concern during a pregnancy. But then you will have to give yourself some time to heal from surgery before trying again to become pregnant.

You want to put the whole set of images online or only select images. MRI images come in a format called DICOM, you can find converters to take DICOM images to JPEG, you can also find javascript DICOM viewers. It all depends on what you are trying to do. Can you be more specific.
