ok now if you dont know your body can tell you what is going on from your cervical mucus, to your body temps to possible pain you may have. webwomb is just one site that explains how some of that works. once you get this down you can get the correct days to have sex. there are opk's that tell you when you are about to O, you can do your bbt's, but remember that nothing is 100% foolproof for everyone. lets say you O and you have had sex.
Hi, I'm TTC and I've been checking my cervical mucus, charting my temp and using ovulation predictor kits. I'm on day 24 (I think I'm on a 40 day cycle, but it's hard to tell because I only came off the pill 3 months ago. I've also got PCOS, but only physically, not biochemically...
I am noticing a lot of stretchy (2``), thick, snotty like cervical mucus. Also, my panties are full of white creamy mucus. It is definitively wet down there! What is that snotty discharge? Does the snotty cm show up before the EWCM? My cycle are about 60 days. I do not have PCOS or other hormonal imbalance. I did OPK yesterday & today, both were negative. I drink a tons of water and take mucinex, fish oil & EPO to thin the mucus. My other question is regarding clomid.
I have other signs, like bloating tiny bumps raised around my nipples, mood swings, increased cervical mucus etc. Could I be pregnant and the tests are wrong?
I'm wondering if any of you know where the cervix is suppose to be located in pregnancy and also what type of cervical mucus you have? I'm new to checking my cervical signs. I think I ovulated about July 30th and my period was due on Auguts 10th. After ovulation my cervical mucus seemed to stay sort of clear and a little strechy, but sometimes it seems to be thin almost like milky.
Roughly five days past ovulation? (Sorry, still trying to translate some of the abbreviations on here.) Increase in CM is normal in early pregnancy. Totally possible if you had unprotected sex, but all of this can also mean your period's about to start. Never had butterflies that early myself, but definitely had the killer boobs and extra goo with every suspected pregnancy. My breasts were noticeably bigger within a week!
10th I noticed a tinge brown cervical mucus when I wiped. I been also having a lot of cramping. But no pregnancy signs yet. Just very tired all the time and hungry. I know its too early to take a hpt. Could this be a possibility of pregnancy? i will def keep posting my outcomes.
Sometimes women don't get the egg white cervical mucus that is needed to help one achieve pregnancy. I know some women that stay dry, dry constantly, but there is a simple fix for it. They do sell lubrication that will give you ewcm. Lots of lubrication can actually kill sperm but there are a few that actually allow sperm to thrive and live longer! A couple are called Preseed and Conceive Plus. I know many women who use preseed and get preg within the first two cycles.
Then my cervical mucus never dried up and I really started to get suspicious. Around 3dpo I also started to get random pains in my abdomen around my belly button and even a couple of times off to the side down lower (they weren't really cramps, hard to explain). So I would say there is a good chance you could be pregnant. If you are congratulations because even though it was a surprise for us it is an amazing experience!
So there is a possibilty that you were fertile. Sperm can survive 5 to7 days in the right conditions. If your cervical mucus is clear and slippery like an egg white. I hope this is helpful.
that being said .. if u know what your cervical mucus was like then you might know more. if it was white and creamy on that day then more than likely u missed your ovulation period but if it was like egg whites and stretch then u hit it dead on. I hope u get what u want out of this. it never hurts to use bcp's and condoms.
** If it's any consolation, cervical position alone is a horrible indicator of pregnancy and knowing an exact fertile time. You said a couple days ago that you had creamy white cervical mucus, so I'd say it's highly likely you haven't ovulated yet. Your cervix is just up there because you're mid-cycle and you'll ovulate in the near future.
I was one of those that would have that pain for several days. Another fertility sign you can use is your CM (cervical mucus). The most fertile kind is the EWCM (egg white cervical mucus). Sounds kind of gross, but that is exactly what it looks like is raw egg whites. If you notice that, get busy!! See, normally you will have your period and then shortly after that ends, you will notice a watery CM.
On that chart, the average woman would ovulate at about Day 14, but remember that you are not necessarily average. Watch for signs of ovulation, such as eggwhite cervical mucus. Mark these on your chart. Then when you have three or four months of information (start a new line at Day 1 when each next cycle begins), you might be able to glean a pattern from signs and signals (such as mucus changes, aches in the ovary, etc.) that tells you when you ovulate.
I've seen so many get disappointed following early signs and symptoms of pregnancy then have negative hpts. you'll hate me for saying it, but you really do have to wait till you can take a pregnancy test to know whether you're pregnant or not.
And that CM has been a creamy white to no mucus the last couple days. I have had some slight pregnancy signs such as being week and shaky (this happened with my first pregnancy), my breasts are slightly tender, my abdomen is slightly crampy and I'm tired and maybe a little more hungry than usual. I took four HPT's in the last couple days, and they all have shown a VERY VERY faint line, so faint that I had to strain to see them. Then the latest test, this morning, has shown no line.
It can, but there is also lots of other determining factors. If your cervical mucus is/was sticky when you and your hubby were together, sperm do not live in that very long as it is harder for them to get through, it is very sticky for them too. The cervical mucus that the sperm like is more of the consistency of egg white (they live longer in this CM) and they really like the watery mucus as they seem to be able to swim a little faster in this.
I had a lot and boy do I mean a lot of cervical mucus the week that I found out that I was pregnant, I would go to the bathroom just to make sure that my period didn't start since it sure felt like it did, after I got my BFP (Big Fat Positive) I still had tons of cervical mucus some days and other days it was totally dry, it was weird =0) But I never had the swelling problem what so ever.
{S i g n s of O v u l a t i o n} A slight rise in basal body temperature, typically 1/2 to 1 degree, measured by a thermometer Higher levels of LH, luteinizing hormone, measured on a home urine test Cervical mucus, or vaginal discharge, may appear clearer, thinner, and stretchy Tender breasts Abdominal bloating Light spotting Slight pain or ache on one side of the abdomen { 7- P r e g n a n c y T i p s} 1.
For a year after I had horribly thick discharge and to this day it is thicker than normal. Because of this I am unable to get pregnant due to cervical mucus issues. (sperm cannot pass through). When I got this done I was young and had only mild dysplasia. I am now told they have young girls hold off for this reason. I recommend holding off on this procedure if you are able to because messing with your ability to have children is NOT something to take lightly!!!!!!!!
Hi all im on cd19 of 30 and have realy sore boobs strage feelings in my belly and also alot of thick white cervical mucus.

Usually my period is heavy with the first few days, but it is very light and has cervical mucus which i have never had before. I have taken two HPT and they have both come up negative. I have been feeling a little nauseous, bloated, moody and my breasts and nipples are extremely sore. I dont know if i am pregnant or not. Please help!
No matter how much sleep i get i feel like i havent slept in days. So has anybody else had these as early pregnancy signs or am i crazy? Oh and i have also been having a lot more cervical mucus than normal. It went from being thick, white and creamy a few days ago when i started noticing how much there was and starting last night it got a little watery but it is still white and creamy a little bit like slightly watered down hand lotion.
It is now just days before my period is supposed to start (approx 4-5 days) and my breasts have been extremely tender, my cervical mucus has increased, and I've been feeling very bloated - much more than usual. I'm curious to know if this is just hormone imbalance or signs of pregnancy? Can sperm last that long?
Then the day of my missed period I had slight cramping and a lot of bloating, oh and a whole lot of cervical mucus.
, in the sense that I was induced. So I'm not really sure what to look for in terms of signs that my body is actually going to do this on its own this time. I'm 35 weeks now, not having BH contractions that I can tell....but I have noticed that my CM is more plentiful and thiicker in the last couple of days. Still clearish in colour. Does this mean anything? I'm clueless.....
