pregabalin capsules 75mg

Yesterday my doctor said to me that my first problem is GAD and not depression, so she prescribed Lyrica, 75mg in the morning and 75mg at night. I hope that this will finally works and i will be able to live again. So, has anyone got any experience of taking Lyrica/Pregabalin, on it's own just for GAD? Does it work? Any feedback would be really helpful.

Thanks Lulu, Have been to GP and blood test for sarcoid is negative. Really pleased about that. He has given me the plan to swap from Gabapenten to pregabalin. This means to begin with lowering the gabapentin dose by 300mg every 3 days (I'm on 1800mg at the moment) and then when I'm down to 600mg of gabapentin a day I start to add the pregabalin 75mg to begin with then upping it every 3 days till I reach 300mg a day at the same time still reducing the gabapentin to zero.

So my GP prescribed me static neck exercise, swimming and prescribed to take Pregabalin-M 75 (Pregabalin-Methylcobalamine tablets 75mg) For 1 month and then stop. I took 5 doses yet. But I'm having this following side-effects - dizziness, sleepiness whole day, lack of interest and and concentration, bad mood, sexually charged dreams, erection problem and lack of libido or interest in sexual desire. I have a high libido by default. But I'm not feeling it since I took the medicines.

I have recently tapered off of Effexor xr. I was on 75mg and went down to 37.5mg. It has been four days of no medication. I have been dizzy, nauseous and crying all of the time. How long will this last? Please help?

i am on 185 mg of venalfaxine i have been on 50mg of pregabalin twice a day before that 25mg twice a day since 21st may feeling not to well tummy trouble and so weak how long will it take to work thankyou

Anyway I had already taperd of the night dose by cutting it and was on the half for the last 3 weeks (only for night dose) And before two days I have stopped the night dose fully. Having only morning dose .I Also having Tianeptine for depression and Pregabalin for pain (but not helping with pain.I think it will help for my Alpra withdrawal on 7mg-0-75mg).After skipping the night dose ai am having depression and pain .Is this normal?

Hi Guys! I've recently been diagnosed with a Chiari Malformation type 1. I've been prescribed pregabalin and so far have only taken two 75mg tablets. I have to say they make me feel like I've been drinking! My problem is that I am a teaching assistant due to go back to work on Tuesday. I'm concerned that I won't be able to concentrate while taking this medication.Does anyone know if the side effects stop or lessen with time?

I was on a very minute dose when I stopped altogether. Other people mention taking the small balls out of 75mg capsules and doing it that way, but that is very hit and miss. Look up the Effexor withdrawal I mentioned above, and see if that helps. Hope you feel OK for the gig. Good luck.

I had been taking Venlafaxine ER 150mg capsules (2 each am) for about 10 years. Recently, my dr. switched me to Venlafaxine 75 mg tablets (3 per day). d been kicked around I saw my GP today and he has put me on Pregabalin/Lyrica 75mg 2 x daily I read Online that those were precribed to relieve the symptoms of Fibromyalgia but my GP did not say whether he thought I may have this or not..... Are my syptoms typical of Fybromyalgia???

Does anyone know if it is ok to release the medicine out of capsules and mix the medicine up in juice? I have a problem swallowing pills and was not sure if this was an option????
