I'm finishing week 42 of a 48 week tx. Do sx get worse the longer you are on tx. In the last few weeks, I've forgotten more,ate less,and am tired all of the time. The fatigue is the worst thing. I sleep all of the time. It's hard for the husband because he is alone all the time. Heck even my cats wait outside my door. I don't let them in often because I want to sleep and they want love. I give them a lot when I'm up.

My husband has a pacemaker and 8 metal stents. He's been taking Coumadin and Plavix for the past 4-5 years since his last stent was put in. Plavix/clopidogrel is mainly an anti-platelet drug (they are *usually* used artery-side, e.g., to prevent strokes or heart attacks). The paradox is that after I started Pantoprazole, my chest pains disapeared 99%.
