It however says that initiation of Folic acid and phenytoin together is beneficial.

Then they called me to add another drug to it after my blood work revealed that my white blood cell count was through the roof they thought that it was a fungal infection. They had me coming in getting Rocephin shots with the medicine. about 10 shots. I havent slept but 5 hrs in 3 days. I had a reaction to where I couldnt breathe to the point of blacking out. Now I have a itchy rash confusion hard to talk muffled hearing and somothering out and a very dry mouth.

Recently had a tox screen and tested positive for barbiturates which is perplexing because I have no idea how or why that's in my system. Is there a reason why? Could energy drinks or alcohol mixed with my daily consumption of 10 mg Norcos, glucosamine and clariton cause this? I'm just concerned and confused as to why this is happening. I didn't even know what a barbiturate was until I tested positive.
Thank you for your question, you are relatively fine with Phenytoin and the seizure episodes in a form of lack of speech are the residue of a generalized type seizure. I don’t have a full description of your consciousness during the lack of speech episodes to decide whether this start is a partial epilepsy which can continue in a generalized or it is a generalized one from the first moment..

During those times I had not yet been diagnosed and was able to go back to life like normal, however after the diagnosis and being on phenytoin and switching to oxcarbazepine i am feeling awful. Dizzy, nauseated, moody, extremely tired, severe headaches that come and go. All i get from my Neurologist is these are side effects that will eventually go away. Because i never know when these symptoms will come on too strong I have missed a lot of days at work during my probation period.

re boiling inside, Nstygmus, just off the top of my head - I was not feeling myself, I know when my levels have been too low and too high but my doctor wouldnt believe me - till I badgered for a blood test when over the limit and when I was rushed into hospital 8months pregnant and bucking like a wild horse !! t know about hepatitis b I think they have other tests for diagnosis but for hep c it would be a hep c antibody test then if that is positive you would have a test to confirm you are currently infected by having the HCV RNA by PCR test that looks for the actual virus not just antibodies.
I have no idea what the S Typhi o and S Typhi h tests are I have never had those tests. I just goggled them and it looks like those are for Typhoid fever and that those maybe normal results but I am not sure.
