I forgot to get a copy of my results from my last couple of visits and will try to do that tomorrow and post the results. As for weight loss, I'm on Phentermine 37.5MG. Not sure it really has helped.....weight loss is extremely difficult for me, regardless of what I do. Since starting Phentermine in Feb 2010 I have lost 20 lbs, which I am glad about, but it's been almost a year and a ton of work!

I have been taking Phentermine for 2 and a 1/2 months now. I started taking it in April almost on the same day as my period started. Almost one week after my period stopped another one began. So I made a dr appointment. The doctor done a pap and tested me for all the std's....and felt me for cist and everything came up normal....she said that starting the new medication was the possible reasoning for the 2 periods that month and to contact her if it continued.

Fastin is the same as phentermine, which is a prescription medication that works as an appetite suppressant. Because it is a stimulant, you should talk to your doctor about whether it would be safe/appropriate for you, especially given that you are taking atenolol, which is often used to reduce the heart rate or reduce palpitations. Generally, phentermine would not be expected to help with weight loss beyond ten pounds or so.

I prescribed60 mg of adderall but one week I had to take left over phentermine and 10mg adderall and my focusing was great and energy and I still do take 1/3 of phentermine a day.

I know it's not a magic pill, I am eating way less than before and better but just not losing weight. I know some people get an actual list of foods to eat from their doctor but all I was told was to eat my normal food just less of it. I work out 6days a week something I didn't do 2months ago and still not losing weight with exercise either. If anybody knows of something else I could do or try please let me know.

Hello, Phentermine can alter your blood sugar levels, if you are going to try using it please use it with caution and monitor your blood sugar levels more frequently... if you notice changes and if your blood sugars are becoming too low then stop taking phentermine, and seek further advice about what you could use instead of phentermine. Remember that diabetes should be your priority.

No personal experience of phentermine but a quick google tells me it's an appetite supressant? You still need to eat, otherwise you won't lose weight. Hopefully someone with experience will be along soon.
