Phentermine quick weight loss

Common Questions and Answers about Phentermine quick weight loss

phentermine

It can really get me on an emotional roller coaster, IF I LET IT. Overall, it is very effective for weight loss and appetite control. The only thing I found is that it's somewhat addictive. Good luck finding what works for you.
If you have low blood sugar issues, you will probably not do well with the very low calorie diets many of these ladies use. Quick weight loss usually does not equal permanent weight loss. Find a healthy, sensible diet you can stick with for the long term, eat frequently, and exercise according to your tolerance. Slow and steady wins the race.
And in reality, this isn’t the case either. Now, to understand how exercise effects weight-loss, you have to understand how your body creates energy, and there are only 2 ways it does it. One is by burning fat and the other is by burning blood sugar, or glucose. Even when you’re not doing anything strenuous your body still burns fat. It’s known as “Resting Metabolic Rate.” So, when you’re sitting at a desk, driving a car, watching TV, or even sleeping, your body is still burning fat.
You don't need phentermine. There is a system called Wafer Thin. All natural QUICK weight loss. Go to www.livinghealthywithitv.com find wafer thin in the product list and watch the informercial. It will work like nothing else you have ever tried. And it is way cheaper than diet pills.
After reading a similar weight loss plan on here, I've decided to begin my first journal with my own experiences! I'm twenty years old, 5'7", and 165 lbs. I know I'm not extremely overweight, but I've gained approximately 25 lbs. since my high school graduation, and I've about had it. I'm so self conscience anymore with my weight and I simply just feel unhealthy; it's even affecting my social life.
Are there any doctors who give these shots in Phila.for weightloss? Where can I get them on line?
I drink tons of water, NO sugars, NO sweets, I rarely drink soda and if I do its diet soda. I am happy with my 35 lb weight loss and my behavior change in the way i eat but I feel i am stuck . I will definitly stick to my plan and try to get over this bump in the road. thanks for your comment!
It should take about 2 months to get to that dosage but I'm getting kinda excited hearing about the benefit of weight loss especially since it was weight loss pills (metabolife and xenedrine) that caused me to find out that I was epileptic in the first place! The doctor told me that i might get tingling in my fingers and i might feel a little dopy but happy dopy he described it as, so I figure i can deal with that! If I start losing weight at a rapid pace i'll definitely post again!
I would say that it is a 50/50 chance whether you would lose weight in the long run as the product wasn't designed as a weight loss product. (but I'm not a doctor so your dr. might be able to tell you what to expect).
Just wanted to let you know that I just opened this: all about weight loss forums dot com. A place where it will be open to talk about HCG shots, Phentermine, etc. Thanks and see you soon.
I just started a weight loss program in Brandon, Florida. I just need support as I try to reach my weight loss goals. The Dr. is young, female and wonderful. They started me on Phentermine and B12 shots and a fat burner shot. The staff is wonderful and the place is adorable. They also do laser hair removal, cellulite reduction and skin/facial type things. Does anyone else use Oasis in Brandon? Also should I ask about getting HCG shots?
I dont know how often I should take the shot and does that acctually support the weight loss? Please help! Also the 1st week I started with Phentermine well I felt thirsty and I was not hungry. After the 1st week I dont get as thirsty and I do get cravings.. Has this happened to everyone. Thanks your replys will be very appreciated.
This is my story. Last February (2006) I started taking phentermine for weight loss. I went from 175lbs to 150 lbs in a few short months. Unfortunately, I have always had some struggles with depression but had never been on medication for it before. Summer of 2006, I was having some major job stressors, family stressors, etc. and was still trying to lose weight and taking pehntermine off & on.
Phentermine is one of two drugs in the Fen-phen anti-obesity medication, the other being fenfluramine or dexfenfluramine. Fenfluramine was withdrawn from the U.S. market in 1997 after reports of valvular heart disease and pulmonary hypertension. Mechanism of action: Phentermine, as many other prescription drugs, works with neurotransmitters in the brain. It is a centrally-acting stimulant chemically related to the amphetamines.
She has tried dexatrim max, zantrax, metabolife and none of them seem to help stop her hunger, and she cant seem to loose any weight. does anyone have any advice? what would be the best weight loss pill/dietary supplement?
I have been reading all these post about losing tons of weight with phentermine and B12 shots but I am wondering are there any negative side effects to phentermine & B12 shots? I have really been thinking about doing this for the last few months but I have been hesitant because I am unsure of the problems it could create/cause. Any of you out there have any personal experiences to tell?
medical supervision when taking phentermine or other prescribed meds for weight loss. However, I'd also like to say that phentermine has been around a LONG time...its pretty much tried & true. It works and the side effects are well known. Some of the OTC and herbal type weight loss concoctions can be far more dangerous actually. There has been no FDA testing etc ever done...hence the problems like Metabolife etc.
I've been reading those threads related to the hCG shots for weight loss subject, and I suspect that once again (as it happened in 1974) the method will be misused by all those who only wish to grab a commercial profit from its use. Please let me remind you again, and again, and again, that hCG is a PRESCRIPTION drug that MUST be dispensed by a licensed Physician. hCG injections are PART of a comprehensive weight reduction program.
Yes, I have a PCOS weight loss success story. ...Just not with Metformin. I was diagnosed about 20 years ago, or so. The only symptom I had was the inovulatory dysfunction. I weighed 97lbs from age 16 to age 30 or so. In my 30s, I went up to 110lbs, but that was good. Then, boom, around age 40, my periods became regular, but I started packing on the weight. By my mid-40s, I was over 160lbs! Diet & exercise didn't work. In fact, I often gained weight with caloric restriction...
I have been on Welbutrin for almost 4 months now and have noticed weight gain of about 8-10 pounds and I'm not eating anymore than I use to. I'm wondering if the 'weight-gain'/'weight-loss' issue is affected by whether or not people 'need' to lose weight before they start taking it. I consider myself to have a fairly high metabolism and I can maintain my weight quite easily. I know what causes me to gain weight and what I need to do to lose it.
Anthony Hsiao in Annandale. 703-256-1335. Internal medicine with focus on weight loss. reasonable prices for visits... Phen and b-12.
Does anyone here have experience with Phentermine? My doctor let me talk him into it for weight loss last June. It's supposed to be only taken for 8-12 weeks, but since I've kept losing weight and my blood pressure stays low, he's kept refilling my prescription. I take 37.5 mg once a day. I know this drug is a stimulant, etc. and it can become addictive. Every once in a while-- like today-- I don't take it, just to see if *not* taking it bugs me.
My sugar is still great but no more weight loss. I thought this was going to be my answer to weight loss prayers. I did have a lot of nausea and loss of appetite so I guess that had a lot to do with it. I have contacted the company but haven't gotten a reply. Let me know how you do.
I have been on the phentermine program through a weight loss clinic for 5 weeks here in southern california. I take the 30 mcg. pill once a day in the morning and a b12 pill. I have not been perscribed the water pill. My friend did the same thing and was given the water pill and she lost 20 pounds in 5-6 weeks. I have lost a total of about 1-2 pounds a week. So total..like 7 pounds???? I am not satisfied and it is getting expensive. I have cut my calorie intake in half...
Is there a physician in the Sacramento area that uses hCG protocol for weight loss?
proper exercise as you can digest your food.See weight loss is not a fly by night process. It takes time. common weight loss mistakes are as follows: (1) you have to fix your diet plan according to you(becuase u r obese) not according to a average person. this thing is often ignored by most of the people. because they follow a diet plan that is suitable for an average healthy man.
Go through your doctor. You may want quick weight loss, but you will keep it off longer if you take it off slow. don't be in such a hurry. I to have an emotional need for food as well as eating mindlessly. I have so many justifications that I laugh at myself now when they come dribbling out. All I can say is close your mouth and before you open it, think about what comes out and what goes in. If you are stressed, then drink water and go for a walk.
calorie restriction - but not too restricted-- and exercise is all it takes to lose weight and maintain. LA weight loss gives you quick weight loss initially to keep you hooked. It is just another program that when you go off and you are not restricting calories, you will gain the weight back if you have not made major changes to your lifestyle.
I would make sure I walked 10,000 steps a day. I have maintained my weight loss, but would still like to lose ten pounds to reach my goal. I have been at a plateu for about three months! But I still attend my ww meetings! Make sure you take folic acid if you plan on becoming pregnant and good luck!
Thyroid meds should NOT be used for weight loss. Typically, medication-induced weight loss reverses when the meds are stopped and these meds are only temporizing manouvers in the management of weight. Ie, they delay the patient's initiation of changes in diet/exercise that induce long-term weight loss.
