Just because headaches are a side effect of the hcg and if I let my headaches go they seem to go into a migraine. Thomas, thanks for the clarification re weed & withdrawal. I thought the weed might act like the benzos, but you have more knowledge of this than I. You're also dead-on about the brand-name Imodium. The generic brands seem to produce cramps and other "Fun" side effects, while the brand-name Imodium just does its job. The advice to take two at a time is also wise & to be followed.

I have been told there are programs that offer 1 to 7 shots per week. What state are you from? i am doing an online program. I do a small shot Monday through Thursday, and a double shot on Friday. I am losing about 1/2 pound a day, but i am not losing on the weekends. that is because i am not doing the injection on the weekends.
