Phentermine and green tea

Common Questions and Answers about Phentermine and green tea

phentermine

I have been reading some of the other posts regarding the b12 shots. I do watch what I eat, no grease, lots of green tea so on and so forth. I have exercised, 5-6 mile bike rides every other day. Still nothing. How do I know which one will be most effective and last long term. Life long term. I hate fast food and am getting very frusterated about the weight gain when I feel I am doing everything I can to lose the weight.
Abrupt stoppage of the drug can cause withdrawal with fatigue and depression. Phentermine is potentially addicting. Phentermine is not recommended for patients with symptomatic heart disease including rhythm problems. SIDE EFFECTS: Side effects include diarrhea, dry mouth, constipation, an unpleasant taste, hives, impotence, palpitations, high blood pressure, and fast heart rates. Central nervous system side effects include overstimulation, insomnia, restlessness, tremor, and dizziness.
After a while, I'll tell you that the phentermine made it hard for me to sleep and the effects wore off... I've been taking green tea fat burner liqui-gels from walgreens - $14 for 60 pills. Unbelieveably, they seem to give me almost the same buzz as the phentemine and I haven't felt very hungry. lol Weird I know but cheap as hell!
How long can you be on Phentermine? I have been on it for about a year now and I have loss about 41 pounds.
I had a gastric bypass in 2001 and lost 250 pounds, then my husband and I started fertility treatments and it made me gain 85 pounds back that I could not get rid of even only eating 4 oz of food at a time. On Valentine's day I started the Phentermine and B12 shots and after 1 week I had lost 9 pounds and my energy was outrageous.
WHITE TEA, white tea is the best tea among the green teas such as oolong and green tea. It's the least processed of the three and the one with more antioxidants and most helpful for digestion. I personally take them all, but white tea is the best for instant relief on bloating, indigestion and if you drink before bed everyday, helps lower/flatten your stomach.. At least for me it works that way...
Green Tea is a natural dietary suppliment that I taken for awhile and is in-expensive, but it is not as affective as if you were to take Phentermine.
She gets the tea from a herbalist who mixes the herbs for whatever your need is. It looks like green tea mixed with something else. This is all I drink every day, no coffee, soda or water. She says 8 cups of fluids a day is enough for your body.
The best thing i ever did for an appetite suppressant was green tea and vitmin b complex. It boosts up your metabolism gives you a little perk in energy and killed my appetite. More about your phentermine chould be found here http://www.medicinenet.com/phentermine/article.
( I am suffering from a loss at the time) Hopefully by next blood test this one will be eliminated. Green Tea Complex. 1000mg A mild laxative, because...well you know why. It was one of the problems sadly and this is correcting that. NO need to explain that one. LOL Hopefully I wont have to take this for long let me tell you!!!!! A pharmacy grade ( by prescription) multi-vitamin - which is about the same almost in comparison to prenatal vitamins.
I have only been drinking some herbal tea's. I can't stand the taste of green/black tea's (I've never been a big tea drinker and I don't drink coffee). I did find a Wulong tea extract (in pill form), they say it's more potient than the real thing, so I take one of those each morning/evening and drink my herbal tea for breakfast/after dinner. I would try to get out and walk as much as you can. I mentioned in my post that I'm a cyclist, I have probably been avg.
I've been taking 500mg metformin myself and I have not experienced any weight loss. I am actually taking it for diabetes treatment. But it has not helped with my weight loss.
I really concentrated on eliminating sugar, doing saunnas, eating organic foods only and drinking organic green tea and the organic yerba mate tea both with stevia. I did a liver cleanse and a candida cleanse. As soon as I was finished with those I began the shots. I started my 1st shot on May 27th at 150 pounds. As of today, I weigh 123 pounds, have lost numerous inches and I feel great! I do work out quite a bit, 3 weight training sessions a week and 5-6 days of aerobics.
However, I wasn’t aware of the NO SPLENDA rule and have been consuming 3 packages per cup of tea 3 to 4 times a day and have not lost anymore weight.
Your best bet is to actually call the pharmacist. While doctors SHOULD know the answer to this question, pharmacists are better educated about this. The one thing I can tell you about any weight loss drug is that even though they may be safe to take together, anytime I've taken them (or even green tea), my heart rate goes through the roof and I get jittery. So, even if the drugs are safe together, if you notice increased anxiety, this could be why.
Interesting thought about the caffeine... I have been fairly hungry on the HCG Diet, and I wonder if it's because I mix green tea with my 1/2 - 1 gallon of water I drink all day? I guess if I can deal with it, it won't be bad for me. Green tea is a fantastic antioxidant. But it does make sense that it would be adding to my hunger pains. One other thing that sometimes calms an acidic stomach, whether to hunger or other, is drinking a little vinegar.
the first few time you drink it it may taste bitter and not so nice but you get used to it. also look for green tea with strawberry it add some sweetness without adding calories.
Phentermine, phentermine, phentermine... Now before I get hate messages and lectures... Yes it is probably bad for you and there are a few side effects like, nervousness(which eventually goes away) and dry mouth and dry eyes. But hey... if you don't care about the risk factors and you want to lose weight. I recommend it. I lost weight with it. Just don't go back to eating bad when you are done taking the pills or it will all come back.
So, I'm on my 3rd day of coming off the drug. I read that the Amino Acid, L-Theanine, which is an ingredient in Green Tea, works to keep the brain in an "Alpha Wave" state. This state is, Awake, but Relaxed. The other waves are as follows: Delta Wave = Deep Sleep, Theta Wave = Light Sleep, and Beta Wave = Awake, Excited. I have had anxiety and panic attacks most of my life, so much of the time the chemical imbalance must have placed me in "Beta Wave State.
Smoothies are great because you get the whole fruit and dairy. You can also get decaffeinated tea. I drink a lot of green tea. I also enjoy other teas, such as peppermint, chamomile, etc - they have no caffeine.
i ate what i wanted but we had smoked turkey at my house and had salad, green beans, mac and cheese, turkey and only a little tiny bit of ham. oh and a Gumbo as a starter. mind you i also had a piece of a fruit for breakfast.
I am seeing a doctor in a weight loss clinic and I paid $200 for 21 days of hcginjections, 4 b12 shots,2 weeks of Phentermine, and the doctor visit. I think that is a pretty reasonable price. I am not sure how that compares to the online purchasing of HCG.
Simeons mentioned having tea in his protocol and I use it a lot because I like tea without sugar, but can't stand coffee black. Plus green tea has a lot of other health benefits so I drank that. (usually mint green tea, yumm) For constipation there are a couple of things I know of that help. Drink more water, use MCT oil(you can find some at life-enhancement.com), try magnesium supplements. Just a few suggestions from my program.
my problem is i started drinking way too much water and i was having horrible headaches. but im talking a 16 oz container and id fill it maybe 10 times a day!! green tea is great too, but i saw on a show that white tea is better for you. good luck, you can do it!
When not on the diet I am trying to maintain a low carb and fat intake. Always, eight glasses of water, some tea and coffee WITH RAW SUGAR..... NO COLA! For a treat I eat coconut dipped in chocolate. Have a treat but plan it into the meal. Also, I drink chicken or tomato soup whenever I want it daily. I can say I am never hungry compared to my life before HCG.
Which would prettty much echo the 5http, sam e, green tea and one other thing. Let me know. I am going to try it today. I did not overeat at all on wellbutrin.
Yes,your insurance will cover the dr visits my insurance does not pay for the phentermine it is $48.00 for 60 capsules and it don't cover the actual shot it is $10.00 a week.It is b12/lipo with myoden.I have weighin tomorrow and I will get the Whiteville # for you.You have to have blood work done every 20lb loss to keep your enzymes checked. That is why I use a local doc.Better safe than sorry.
Prime rib with steamed green beans and a lettuce (salad) with oil and vinagar. Then I was hungry when I got home around 8pm so I made some hamburger meat balls with garlic and very little salt. It sounds so unhealthy to eat meatballs as a snack, but that's what they want... Of course I don't think they want me to eat them at 8 at night... Nothing "filled me up" yesterday. But I think I'm used to feeling stuffed and have translated that into satisfying my hunger.
According to KTs book you should dring 80 oz of water a day, drink camomile tea, green tea, and Yerba Mate tea through out the day.
