Swollen lymph nodes across multiple areas or generalized lymphadenopathy can be due to viral infections such as mono or EBV or cytomegalovirus or due to bacterial infections like TB. HIV or AIDS, leukemia, lymphomas and other cancers can also be a cause. This could also be due to inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis. It is difficult to determine the cause on net. End of sept I got sick and my dr said I had viral pharyngitis. Got better but now I think I have thrush. Bump came back as wart. Only had one. None since. I've been stressing out big time and have anxiety prior to all this. I've lost some weight. My oral hygiene isn't great. I was tested for HIV about a month ago and it's negative. The two married woman I've been with over the last year were also tested negative. I read a lot online. I'm so worried I might have HIV.

What you describe suggests that you may have acquired a viral pharyngitis, and this is often characterized by persistent cough, lasting for a few months or more.
