I did some research on the internet though, and I found out that stress can cause serious hormonal problems.
So if you have a stressful life too, I would recommend yoga. I don't really used to believe in these kind of stuff, but it worked for me, and it's easy and free, there are tons of hatha yoga videos on youtube you can follow.
