percocet and benadryl

The er gave me a percocet last Friday night. So I'm sure you will be ok. They have their PhDs for a reason...hard part is trusting them with your baby..

Tylenol is as safe as it gets.....i took Benadryl drowsy and it put me to sleep and i woke up feeling great! benadryl is safe too!

Thats kinda strange. Im not a dr but it sounds to me like some kind of allergic reaction. Maybe try some benadryl and consult with your dr.

so people any idea of when and how long...and is there anything I can take to help..that wont cause me another addiction...lol..thanks..

( My dr told me to take 1 extra strength Tylenol or 2 regular ones and a benadryl and that should help. But I believe mine are from allergies, but I also have an appt with my optometrist to get my rx changed if needed and am going to schedule an appt to the chiropractor too. He said a prenatal massage may help as well but I am going to try the other 2 first, good luck with yours!

im very head strong, im not gonna be taking percocet everyday bc of a headache, its just this pain and pressure and nothing over the counter really works for me, i hate percocet actually my drug of choice was hydrocodone 10/325, so when i take a perk it doesnt phase me in the least, weird huh??? But I need the advice..I have a family party to go to today I cant be all in pain and **** with my head and its OUTSIDE! wonderful....

I have taken Lunesta and that still didnt help. I tried melatonin, benadryl and Lunesta and nothing helped. Looking for the answer as well. Hand in there and good luck.

I went to the ER this morning and they said it was just hypersensitivity to the solarcaine and gave me prednisone and percocet. The percocet is not helping and is making me nauseous. The prednisione has helped little or none. My parents are pretty much ignoring me and pretty much telling me to stop complaining. I want to jump onto a bed of nails. Any remedies would be greatly appreciated along with any ideas as to how long this will last. Thanks.

Anyway wwe are on day 2 and I feel a lil better but the cravings are terrible and we have no energy, runny nose, the runs,joint pain, insomnia, got klonopin and ambien tho to sleep.

I went to a family practice with 3 doctors and 1 FNP. Two weeks ago, the FNP prescribe me indocin, benadryl, and retin-a(other). None of these medications helped with my back pain and thurday 12/23 I saw the PCP again. I notified her medical assistant I still had the same problems and she spoke to me for a minute and said "I up your strenght". I really don't know who actually wrote my script since the prescription was check off by the FNP and a physician.

I took hydrocodone, but I can tell you that if you are committed...and it sounds like you are...and you have a plan...and sounds like you do....you will beat this. Lots of people here have had percocet addictions and I am sure they will be along to give support, but I just wanted to say welcome to the forum and hang in there. You will not get the jittery, anxiety feeling like that of Oxycodone (Percocet). Percocet can tend to make a person euphoric as well and in taking the Morphine, you will not get that effect. You might want to have a chat with your Doctor about this possibility. Morphine in 15mg tabs is about equivalent to 5/325 Percocet. Also, there is an anti-depressant by the name of Zoloft that has been known to lessen the pain and anxiety at the same time.

I suffer from panic attack and got imsonia my doctor give 50 mg of benadryl to sleep but she use to give 5mg so if safe for me to take 50 mg of benadryl to sleep.

FTM and 18yrs. 21 weeks. Do any other mommys take a benadryl before bed? My doctor told me id be fine to take one before bed everynight. I have restless leg syndrome and have a really hard time getting comftorable at night and falling/staying asleep. I was just wondering if i'm the only one that does this? It helps me a lot.

My dr said I could take Benadryl for my allergies. I haven't yet but I'm considering it tonight because I'm so miserable and I know it would help a lot and I could get a good night sleep. Yes benadryl is fine to take during pregnancy.

I told my doctor about how I itch at night and he said I should try Benadryl to help but one pill didn't do anything on the box it says I can take two but idk if I should being pregnant pease help and soon itching driving me crazy!!

web md says yes. I was wondering the same thing. I'm 15 w 1 d and have extremely itchy skin all over my body and the tons of lotion I put on does nothing.

Yes but be aware baby will probably knock out too so if you don't feel your baby as much that's why.. I took it and I didn't feel my baby move for 3 days and the dr told me the Benadryl doesn't only effect you but your little one too .

Anyone else taken benadryl and had the baby barely move the next day? Its on my doctor's approved-drugs list so I took it to help me sleep last night. All day today I've barely felt the baby kicking. Not worried, just curious.

It will help you fall asleep when the coughing and sore throat keep you up but I took robitussin for my cough (dr recommended me take it) and ended up having to take a z-pak antibiotics to get rid of the sore throat and still trying to get over the cough

be careful however, of tinnitus (effects the ears) I used to take benadryl every night and now have a case of tinnitus a constat buzzing/ringing in my ears..I've heard of other people having the same impact.
