I wish people stop complaining about what questions other people post... Either read it or don't! answer it or don't! I know this may seem hypocritical cuz i am doing the same thing right more but whatever! Don't read mine either!
So my neighbor hit my car couple days ago. Mom is acting like it's the end of the world. I must get the rent cause we didn't pay for it. It was the second car me or her didn't drive. So that was $100 I could be saving or using on the baby I'm not going to see until after baby is due. I want to leave work but can't be stuck with my family everyday until my due date July 31. Doctors asked me if I want to be induced I was so against it at first now I'm ready.
( where im at i seen on the news that by friday it should be like 88 intead of 100 something... wonder how long that will last!
Does anyone else live with or are around insensitive people? So I'm currently 35+4 weeks pregnant and I was talking to my grandma about how hard it is for me to work now that I'm so far along. Mind you I'm only 16 and my grandpa comes and says you need to stop being so lazy your gonna have to work for the rest of your life stop complaining. Like wtf I'm not gonna be pregnant for my whole life. He's such an *** sometimes. It has nothing to do with being lazy.
I've been dilated at a 6 since last Monday and baby is at station +1. Docs said they thought I would be back within 2 days to deliver because she is so low, and because I'm dilated so far. I wish she would come already! I had to stop working because they thought I wouldn't make it to the hospital in time to deliver...but LO is staying put. I'm burning up all my sick time and I feel just fine...it sounds crazy, but I wish I could go back to work until she arrives...
I'm a cashier and so this lady brought up her reusable bag full of things to my register, I had to pull every item out of the bag scan it and bag it all over again..about 2hrs later she comes back with 2 bags of pretzels some are broken, and says "I'm exchanging these because earlier when you bagged them you broke them" I said OK it's fine you may...
I feel exactly the same way you do.. I'm 37+2. I don't want to do anything but lay in bed. All the pains are horrible. I couldn't walk the other day due to back pain. I want her out but then I think the longer she's in there the healthier shell be. I have a 4 yr old son and I'm at a pizza arcade place right now but ugh I have no energy. LOL. Not to much longer.
re on a budget but I want to be able to get my baby what he needs without depending on other people and ever since I started doing that my bf has been complaining. Every time I but something he complains and gets agitated, I've explained to him that he should be happy that I'm saving us money and an willing to spend my extra money on the baby instead of junk that I don't need but he constantly makes me feel like ****. I just don't know what to do anymore.
So me and my baby's father had an argument because i didn't go to work last night. He said that i should've went because i have a baby on the way which idk why he's worried about the baby now because he hasn't been too excited about her anyway. And i feel like i should've went after i called off i regretted it because i do have a baby on the way. But I'm 7 months in and last night my body was sooo tired. I don't miss work too many times. I go to work everyday.
I haven't worked since October, and I'm self employed. I probably won't be going to work for a few more months at least. Maybe another year.
I fret about losing my health insurance, but at least I have a little more control over that than you do.
I filed for SS Permanent disability in October, and I'll probably get it. :(
Your situation is not that extreme, but yes, people can miss a lot of work over Thyroid issues.
Word has a way of getting around work. Remember there are rumors about everyone at work at some level. You may want to tell a friend at work, and then before you know it is the boss, then HR. You don't need any more challenges. Not in this economy. How would you pay for your treatment if you lost your health coverage??? Treatment is very expensive. Just the meds alone are many thousands of dollars a month.
Dont listen or let her get to you. Ot sounds like jealousy and honestly she might say little dumb comments later on during or after you have the baby but it shouldn't matter to you, simply because if you and your husband are happy that's all that matters. We all have family members and those so call friends that will be jealous of what you have & over time you just stop caring about what they say because your doing what you can to be happy instead of complaining like them.
I'm 32 weeks and I work at landfill, my boss is complaining I'm lazy because I don't have the get up and as I did before. Its really starting to make me mad because he'll just sit in office and complain about all the work he has to do. I'd like to think that hes just sad guy who life is bad, but at same time he's a daddy and I'm sure if someone where to treat his wife this way there would be a problem.
How do others handle stress at work? I work in an office and since ive been pregnant I've been unable to deal with stress. When I'm stressed out I lose all concentration. I mean I'm struggling to concentrate as it is and if someone pees me off I become idle as I can't string two thoughts together. Very frustrating when you have lots to get on with!
