An hour after the breast milk exposure, while I was drinking Chinese Pearl Tea(some tea with chewy pearl like stuff) I bit my left cheek accidently. I got some minor bruise inside my mouth on my left cheek. Should I be concerned about this. HIV is supposed to exist in breast milk, but would it have been in mouth such long enough (an hour later) that when I bit my cheek could have possibly entered my blood stream.

If your supply has dropped you can try mothers milk tea, motherlove more milk pills, fenugreek, blessed thistle. Are you pumping at least eight times a day? Breast milk is a supply and demand thing too. So pump or nurse more and try one of the above.
