Lexapro and Buspar are totally different medications. Buspar is an anti-anxiety medication (I take that along with paxil) Lexapro is an anti depressant. You shouldn't have the same side effects. I wouldn't think that the removal of one ovary would cause this, and if it does, it should be temporary, assuming your other ovary is functional.
