Sertraline (Zoloft) do not have this side effect, and Venlafaxine (Effexor, a SNRI) is also perhaps a good choice, as itdood said.
Citalopram and Escitalopram are both prolonging the cardiac repolarization and they are usually not recommended with arrhythmias. But your question is hard to answer and I would recommend asking your doctor or pharmacist.
My doc immediately prescribed me 20mg of Paroxetine and 10mg of Buspirone. He wanted to up my dosage to 25mg of Paroxetine and 15mg of Buspirone. I didn't want this however because I know there are some withdrawal problems with paxil. I'm just worried about taking these two medications together. Thanks.

I want to warn you, though, that getting on venlafaxine is not too hard, but getting off of it is very difficult. I was on it years ago for depression and the withdrawal symptoms took me about a month to get through.
The switch is not abrupt, she first reduced the dose of paroxetine and started with a low dose of the new drug for a while.
during second stage my BP rost to 170/100 from 140/90 and My HR went to 117. I had a flip in my heart and the doc stopped tread mill and said I have VT and refer me to a cardiologist. Did Angio and Echo all being normal. Had an event monitor for one week: The summary of Event monitor is HR varies from 40 to 140 with a sinus pause of 1.37 secs. No VT,VF with one or two pvcs. The events trigred by me or the machine finds possible VT or SVT, sinus tachy, or sinus brady.

I have also started with severe tiredness and confusion since I have been prescribed with with 150 mg of venlafaxine. I am struggling to cope with household and work functions and feel my brain is not able to concentrate I also feel detached. I have been dizzy and had severe bod tremors. Feel zombie like. Combining fluoxetine or paroxetine with phenytoin can also lead to increased phenytoin side effects and reduce blood levels of paroxetine.

So I have been taking Paroxetine(Paxil) for 4 months now and it changed my life, took away my O.C.D. and my social anxiety. But i had side effects so i started taking Bupropion(wellbutrin) So after 1 days dose which was 1 pill twice a day, I had my O.C.D. back about half as bad and my social axiety came back about half as bad. So i stopped taking the Bupropion and i am still taking the Paroxetine but it's not working as well as it did before.

However, my insurance is not picking up the Cymbalta, so my dr ordered Paroxetine in its place. I do not want to take drugs unless necessary, and I have gotten to a point that my pain affects my work. I definitely do not want to take an anti-depressant unless it really works. The psychiatrist changed my medication numerous times and over a 4 year period and prescribed nortriptyline, zyban, diazepam, mianserin, mirtazapine, paroxetine, propanol, Risperdal and clonazepam. I was still doing therapy and taking the drugs and nothing was working. I asked the psychiatrist many times if my problem was biological and not psychological. Every time we had the conversation he would convince me that my problems were psychological l and did not need an MRI.
I was on Sertraline for quite a while, and know that it can cause heart problems, and you have to be regularly checked. It did not cause me any problems in that way. I was then put on Effexor because I was told it had less side effects. It does however cause weight gain.
It is difficult for you to know what to do. You can try the paroxetine and see how you go. I don't have any other suggestions.
