t seem to care about the Pneumobilia and one Dr seemed to think its normal and I might have it forever, but I am concerned especially about possible infection coming from the small bowel into the Biliary hepatic vessels and also can this air be causing the ongoing Pancreatitis?

My husband has most of the same symptoms : dry skin, weird pimples, horrible constipation, exhaustion, blinding muscle pain that tends to migrate, depression, declining cognitive ability.
Your dry eyes may be a sign of Sjogren's Syndrome (?) In his case, the terrible abdominal pain was from pancreatitis.
•Upper abdominal pain that radiates into the back. It may be aggravated by eating, especially foods high in fat.

How Is Pancreatitis Diagnosed?
To diagnose acute pancreatitis, doctors measure levels in the blood of two digestive enzymes, amylase and lipase. High levels of these two enzymes strongly suggest acute pancreatitis.
Kidney failure/ pneumonia/ blockage of lung blood vessels (pulmonary embolism)/ pancreatitis. Test will be given in order to determine the underlying cause. Then a treatment protocol will be administered to treat the symptoms and to remove or reduce the fluid. There are a few other possibilities but the ones mentioned above are the most common. Try not to assume the worst. Doctor's have the ability and resources to do amazing things this day and time.

I am not familiar with diverculitis but I do know elevated lipsase and amylase is a sign of pancreatitis which can come from many things like meds, cystic fibrosis, genetics, alcohol, or high tryglicerides. Did you dr mention this?
For the past year I had what looks like broken blood vessels/capillaries on the roof of my mouth. Some days the sides of my mouth and the uvula and throat area look really red too. I have been told by an ENT that I have reflux could this be the cause of the broken vessels? They just don't get any better. They don't hurt. I know that sometimes I have reflux symptoms that are worse than others.
i have been for my retinal screening today and have been told that i have blood vessels growing in my eyes and about them being fragile and everything, ive been referred to the eye clinic for sometime in the next two weeks but i am panicking and worried about it now, does anybody know what they will do when i go to the eye clinic and what they usually do about the blood vessels?
I had a brown freckle removed from the white of the eye for cosmetic reasons. I decided to go through with the surgery because all my life I avoided eye contact with people because the freckle was so ugly. The redness in my eye following surgery is calming down bit by bit, but what im wondering about is the blood vessels. Hello, have you seen an acupuncturist? Side of the Head headaches can often be a "liver headache" have you tried detoxing your body with lemon juice & apple cider vinegar. I recommend juicing carrots, lemon, and celery. Carrot is good for the eyes, lemon detox is the liver, and celery helps with inflammation or you could use pineapple which helps with inflammation, as well.
I googled the question regarding its effect on blood vessels and got unclear answers such as "...caffeine constricts blood vessels to the neck and brain." While others wrote that...
"...Caffeine does cause vasoconstriction in smooth muscle tissue, but only for a brief period of time before the caffeine signals a significant vasodilator effect."

It sounds like your husband has at least pancreatitis based on CT, but it is unusual that the other blood work was normal. Usually pancreatitis presents with elevated amylase and/or lipase. Significant weight loss is concerning for cancer. Jaundice, dark urine, and light stools would also be concerning if present.
My question is does this mean I have chronic pancreatitis or can you not tell on a MRCP? Does the duct dilatation set off an inflamation of the liver and pancreas and cause the pancreatitis pain? Also can the duct dilatation heal on its own in time?
I have no desire to undergo an ERCP as I've heard such nightmare stories from people who have undergone but yet I'm so tired of not feeling good and having pain and just would like to feel good again.
