Finally, since about year he began giving him INVEGA (paliperidone) injection 50 mg which he is fine with it. The problem is that he has become sperm non-existent as he told me. Will it disappear in case he stop taking the injection after a long period of use???? I am very confused, particularly as he wants to get married and be a father.

For the past couple years I have been on paliperidone which is generic for invega which I know can cause extreme weight gain. Couple that with my increasingly poor eating habits, I definitely ballooned in weight. For about the past two months I have gone on a heavy calorie restriction that I know is deemed to be unsafe and unhealthy. I then took Effexor and later ther Effexor XR. Effexor XR allowed me to live a reasonably normal life raising a child and having a career. For at least 3 years my depression has slowly gotten progressively worse. i am currently taking 150mg of seroquel xr and 75mg of wellbutrin 3x daily. im taking seroquel xr for bipolar but i seem to have anxiety now. socail anxiety.. could i be miss diagnosed? should i stop taking the wellbutrin for depression and increase my dosage of seroquel xr to 300-400mg?

My daughter has been on Effexor XR 150 MG for about a year. She recently found out that her insurance would not pay for this medicine. Her Dr. put her on Zoloft without wheening her off of the Effexor XR. She is experience symptoms that include feeling very dizzy and nausea. They strart in the morning, and last all day, and nothing relives them. I saw my therapist on Friday and she wanted to to start weeing me off by taking 1 as apposed to 2 per day, and starting be on a combination of prozac and "something else".

I hate to see you have to switch from Effexor XR if it was working well for you. You are correct that Celexa and Effexor XR are very different in terms of what neurotransmitters they effect in the brain. Celexa being an SSRI and Effexor XR being an SNRI. For depression has heavy symptoms of fatuge and exhaustion, then an SNRI is always a better bet becuase they tend to be more energizing.

I am currently on Effexor XR 150MG twice a day. I also sometimes have to use Clonaxepam 1/2 mg before bedtime in order to try and get to sleep. Also Aprazolam once a day as needed.
