paliperidone studies

About a month ago I was able to lower my self off of paliperidone and onto ziprasidone which is the same category of drug as paliperidone but studies have shown that out of all antipsychotics ziprasidone had the least amount of weight gain. So I’ve been on ziprasidone for about a month now and I’m still losing weight while walking. Sometimes after my walks I only accumulate around 100 calories a day. On days that I splurge a bit and take in around 800 calories a day, I gain weight though.

Finally, since about year he began giving him INVEGA (paliperidone) injection 50 mg which he is fine with it. The problem is that he has become sperm non-existent as he told me. Will it disappear in case he stop taking the injection after a long period of use???? I am very confused, particularly as he wants to get married and be a father.

I have been given 5 studies to choose from. They are all different and Im feeling a little overwhelmed. How should I choose? What questions should I ask?

Well will wonders never cease? Are we surprised about the information? I guess they had to spend money on something after they couldn't buy donuts for doctors offices anymore.

Hello Chiari world! I was diagnosed with Chiari in May. Now two of my cousins, my mom and brother have all be diagnosed with it as well. We are joining a genetics study and are curious if any of you others out there have joined any studies. We would like to know what the Pro's and Con's were/are. We feel that since so many of us have been diagnosed in the last three months that our family may be able to help future families and our future generations by joining the study.

Anyone know what's going on with these studies in Northern CA? I called the doctor Monday, then I got a bill for 7 bucks or something for copies, second bill I got. Is that good news, doctor still hasn't called me back yet. Are there more than one Phase III studies, like this. Like is there several types of Phase III studies? Thanks for looking, I feel like there's a party going on and I wasn't invited.

Does anyone have any information on current or recent studies on this disease? I was recently diagnosed and would welcome any information. My T3 and T4 are normal but microsomal antibodies are 192(high). Thinning hair and weight gain are my concerns.

i am looking at studies in canada right now and wonder something- i am from a smaller city and do not see any studies in it, for instance if a study is based in toronto or montreal ie., does the person have to be there present or can they have meds shipped to them and participate even if they do not live in the city? it may be a dumb question but i just do not know.

Has anyone read/heard of these studies? I was reading several different sources of information that indicate a 46% increase in Ribavirin absorption with a fatty meal. I'm in my first week of triple tx with Incivek so my morning dose of RBV is taken with the fatty meal for that.

The condom didn't break and didn't slip of during intercourse or at withdrawal.The girl claimed to test herself regularly and last time for 3 month. She seemed honest and the way she sat down and talked about it made me feel that she was honest. I have read the post at this forum and this would seem to be more or less zero risk ?
