invega

725248 tn?1316162245 Invega (paliperidone), Adalat Oros/XL (Nifedipine), Jurnista (Hydromorphone), (Venlafaxine) ER and Concerta (methylphenidate). Again the OROS is the term used for how the Hydromorphone is forumated and delivered. It's available in Europe but I can't find it's availablity in the US. If anyone can please let the board know. Opana ER is an extended release form of Hydromorphone (Dilaudid). Opana ER utilizes the TIMERx delivery system and not the OROS delivery system.
Avatar n tn Finally, since about year he began giving him INVEGA (paliperidone) injection 50 mg which he is fine with it. The problem is that he has become sperm non-existent as he told me. Will it disappear in case he stop taking the injection after a long period of use???? I am very confused, particularly as he wants to get married and be a father.
Avatar n tn For the past couple years I have been on paliperidone which is generic for invega which I know can cause extreme weight gain. Couple that with my increasingly poor eating habits, I definitely ballooned in weight. For about the past two months I have gone on a heavy calorie restriction that I know is deemed to be unsafe and unhealthy. I want to say now that with respect, I would prefer you focus on my question at hand and not about telling me to eat more food than I currently do. Thanks.
1823499 tn?1370090289 For hes not qualified to dxs that. So my nl never calls me back so gonna call dr oros office and see wjat he says.
Avatar m tn Well will wonders never cease? Are we surprised about the information? I guess they had to spend money on something after they couldn't buy donuts for doctors offices anymore.
1159737 tn?1286517257 I faxed in my MRI results to Dr. Oros office yesterday and they called me this AM to sch. appt for June 4th. I am kinda scared you guys, I don't want to sound like a sniveling baby, and I know I need this surgery but I am just scared. Oh my syrinx in 9mm. I have all the issues the only one I don't have is nose bleeds LOL. And it seems like it is happening so rapid in the past few weeks. Please come on here and tell me you went through it too and that you are ok LOL.
1903798 tn?1333905288 I did call Dr Oros office and they said no traction don't let them touch your head shoulders and down only ....
1159737 tn?1286517257 I know s many of us still have headaches after surgery, and symtoms, and I never heard anyone ever mention Occipital Neuropathy. Dr. Oros assisnt, Kimbrely, suggested I have it, and the pain Dr. confirmed it. Then they did these shots into the nerves in my brain, and I have to say THAT pain is better. Not that I am pain free, not by a long shot, but at least I don;t have that burning pinching pain in my head anymore.
1823499 tn?1370090289 t want to hear about another surgery right now. I feel good that your in dr oros hands if there is more he will find it. Having the occipital neuralgia doesn't help either. Hang in there friend.

Avatar n tn So I called Dr. Oros office and he is seeing former patients. I will be filling out paperwork and once they have the chance to review it and my MRI it sounds like I will be seeing him again. So I guess bad news and good news. Dr Oro is in Aurora, Co.
440535 tn?1312368065 t a specialist he was a great surgeon and feel totally confident in his surgery but after care is have a nice life. I am really struggling again and just contacted Dr. Oros facility and wow the receptionist knew more than my NL. Make sure your NL really knows because my new one I loved but realized I may know more than him so he is going to work with Dr Oro. Your way ahead of most so best of luck and just make sure you advocate for yourself and how serious this is!
3224597 tn?1347318788 I have been run around by NS and other doctors as well. I finally sent my MRI to Dr. Oro and Chuck called today to say Dr. Oro will see me too! I am so relieved and have my first appt next week. I have read that most people like him so crossing my fingers as you must be as well. I was told he would recommend the right treatment but have never been too clear as to what other treatment options are at this point. Either way, I think we will both be in good hands:-). Good luck to you!
574423 tn?1258658571 if there are any more, that would be really helpful, thank you. i also did read dr oros poem. its amazing that he understands how we feel. even he knows that most drs don't get it and pass it off. heres to hope that it will become more widely understood, within our lifetime : ).

620923 tn?1452915648 ) Dr Oros office said cut out the glucose that really it can cause a lot of problems. They also said no processed foods (including cereal) and to TTY a palleo diet. So I guess that is what I will be doing. Dr Oro contributes on this site www.paleoterran.com.
