There has been 4 occassions now that my urine tests come back positive for methadone but no methadone metabolite. This has occurred even when I was getting dosed daily at the clinic. The clinic took all my take homes because they said if I was taking my methadone the metabolite would show up. I have never in the 6yrs in the clinic, ever missed a single dose. How is this possible? Please help me because I deserve my take homes.
Finally, since about year he began giving him INVEGA (paliperidone) injection 50 mg which he is fine with it.
The problem is that he has become sperm non-existent as he told me.
Will it disappear in case he stop taking the injection after a long period of use???? I am very confused, particularly as he wants to get married and be a father.
For the past couple years I have been on paliperidone which is generic for invega which I know can cause extreme weight gain. Couple that with my increasingly poor eating habits, I definitely ballooned in weight. For about the past two months I have gone on a heavy calorie restriction that I know is deemed to be unsafe and unhealthy. So I've been looking around and it states that the metabolite stays in your system for around a month would this reguard the frequient user or the person that tried it only once?? What would the expected detection time of that metabolite be for frequent users and rare/ first time users??

How was the UDS preformed? Did they utilize the Gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy (GCMS), which is highly accurate for UDT, and is considered to have a less than 0.5% false-positive rate?
On a UDS using the GC/MS or LC/MS Opiates UDS the metabolites of Morphine, may show Hydromorphone if on high dose or chronic Morphine .

oxymorphone is an active metabolite of oxycodone. noroxycodone is an inactive metabolite (it has no analgesic properties).

But it will never be as strong as a drug, as anything that occurs in nature is used as it's supposed to be while drugs are engineered with the theory we can improve on nature.
