Finally, since about year he began giving him INVEGA (paliperidone) injection 50 mg which he is fine with it.
The problem is that he has become sperm non-existent as he told me.
Will it disappear in case he stop taking the injection after a long period of use???? I am very confused, particularly as he wants to get married and be a father.
For the past couple years I have been on paliperidone which is generic for invega which I know can cause extreme weight gain. Couple that with my increasingly poor eating habits, I definitely ballooned in weight. For about the past two months I have gone on a heavy calorie restriction that I know is deemed to be unsafe and unhealthy. I want to say now that with respect, I would prefer you focus on my question at hand and not about telling me to eat more food than I currently do. Thanks.
ve decided (and sent an email) to talk to the NP at the pain clinic about switching me over to a long-acting medication for my pain. I'm thinking it will give me better relief. Even though I'm on a high dose now (45 mg. every 4 hours of oxycodone,) my pain seems to return after 2 to 3 hours. And I did have a bad flare-up this weekend; most likely due to the fact I ran low on medication due to my script not coming in the mail.
Now it's a question of which medication???

Chronic pain is not taught in medical schools, except as a side. Perhaps we need a new word -- when people see "chronic pain" they probably believe its like the pain of a broken bone, only it lasts longer.
I have no idea what kind of education a pharmacy PhD grad receives on the disease state known as chronic pain.
While many doctors do prescribe a short acting med along with the long acting med, the short acting meds are typically written to be taking AS NEEDED for breakthrough pain (of course, also giving a time frame such as every 6 hours) - the breakthrough meds are not typically written to be taken EVERY day. In fact, the goal of a long acting med is to reduce the need for breakthrough meds. therefore, you may or may not need to take any more narcotic than what is in your long acting med.
Well will wonders never cease? Are we surprised about the information? I guess they had to spend money on something after they couldn't buy donuts for doctors offices anymore.
I take 40 units Lantus (long acting), and sliding scale Novolog (fast acting) insulins. My bg is always so high in the mornings, I have to take Novolog and wait for sugar to come down to eat. I've had diabetes for many years, but never knew for sure which one! My dr would switch my diagnosis all the time. But went to endo and they did a blood test, and said I'm type 1. I'm angry my dr. never did anything about this.
You took it for too long to stop cold turkey. It could go on quite a while. I hate to see anyone go through that! I know all too well how it feels, and it's awful!
Like mom every weekday dad every weekend. I dont know how long you have been in the picture but I know with my oldest son when his grandmother started watchin him while I worked he was like you said a perfect angel after he got used to going there and getting a routine he acts up with her, before he would never do that. I think his problem is the juggling around. I think once that is stable he will calm down. He will get use to you being around and will settle down.
I have a 4 1/2 yr old male cat. He is quite a baby...throws up if I leave him for too long, etc. Does not like change at all! It seems that over the last week or so he seems afraid to come into the living room/kitchen area. That is where is food is at. Sorry, but it will be long, I just need advice.. So my husband and I have been married for two Years. He has three children from his previous marriage. We have the 8 year old and 6 year old and they misbehave constantly. I work a double on Tuesdays so he has them from when they get out of school til about 8 at night. No other days because I work while their in school so we don't need daycare. Well tonight, they had some issues. He's now saying he wants to give them back to their mom.
do i still wait it out? and for how long? if not...should i try a different long acting before getting to into the opana ...heard u tolerate quick...which wouldn't matter if the plan is to continue... but...i think u get what i'm asking...gotta sum it up eventually, right lol.

I am bipolar type 2 and recently learned that my liver enzymes were extremely elevated to the point where i almost had to have a liver transplant. I was taking 2-3 tylenol pm most of the time to go to sleep because the meds my doctor prescribed to me for sleep weren't working. Prior to me finding out my about my liver I was on klonopin 2mg twice a day for panic attacks, geodon 80mg at bedtime, and pristiq 100mg in the morning.
1 unit increase in the short acting is also 1 unit more increase in the long acting. This is perhaps not exactly what you need as your sugars say 6 hours from now are not running high.
Also, the premixes are usually used once a day to two times a day (because of the amount of the long acting insulin), most type 1's are on 3 times a day or more therapy which has proven to be most optimal in control.
