Finally, since about year he began giving him INVEGA (paliperidone) injection 50 mg which he is fine with it.
The problem is that he has become sperm non-existent as he told me.
Will it disappear in case he stop taking the injection after a long period of use???? I am very confused, particularly as he wants to get married and be a father.

In first trimester you should e taking folic acid and seeing gynecologist for a clinical examination. You will also need tests like hemoglobin testing, blood group antigen and fasting blood sugar levels. Take a healthy and nutritious diet rich in all vitamins and minerals.
