Avatar_m_tn I have been celiac for 3 years now, and yes I find I often have the same problem. I suffer from severe <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>neck and back pain, also really painful headaches. However I am not sure if the two are related. I do suggest trying to strengthen yourself by working out, when I am active I feel my best. But I also know what its like being weak and exhausted so it hard to motivate yourself to work out. Its like a roller coaster. Also seeing a chiropractor might be a good option for you? Whats in your diet?

Avatar_n_tn I have had this pain in the background-color: #dae8f4'>right background-color: #dae8f4'>side of my <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>neck for a few months now. It originates from the tendons that reach from my background-color: #dae8f4'>right shoulder up the background-color: #dae8f4'>side of my background-color: #dae8f4'>neck and into the back of my head, but only when I turn my head to the background-color: #dae8f4'>right. And when I rub that tendon for a few moments the pain decreases, it is really weird because I thought that this shouldn`t last this long, for one thing I am only 18.

Avatar_f_tn I started off with background-color: #dae8f4'>neck pain that migrated to lower back pain, that migrated to left hip pain, and now I have <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>neck stiffness with left breast pain. The left breast pain is a new symptom that started about 3 weeks ago, but they were mild darting pain thats comes intermittently, but now the pain is a little more constant. Avatar_m_tn And I also have experienced the <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>neck pain every so often. But now, after over talking/volunteering, I'm experiencing the pain non stop, And my head hurts quite a lot. Also when I lay my head down I can feel a very hard beat in my head. I feel the pain also moves to my teeth, and even down my chest. I'm very worried to what this might be. In addition, I panic when I get unfirmiliar pain, so I'm over worrying, thinking I might die.
Avatar_n_tn The shoulder is the most mobile joint in the human body and the rotator cuff in the shoulder, which is made up of four tendons, is responsible for a wide range of motion. Any swelling, inflammation, tearing, or bony changes around these tendons causes pain when especially with movement of the arm above the head, behind the back, or straight out in front. The most common cause of shoulder pain is when the tendons become trapped under the bony arch in the shoulder.
Avatar_m_tn A couple nights ago I was sitting in an uncomfortable position which required my background-color: #dae8f4'>neck to be a little sore. When I woke up this morning I had an extreme pain on the background-color: #dae8f4'>right background-color: #dae8f4'>side of my <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>neck. I can feel it when my background-color: #dae8f4'>neck is not moving and in a straight position but when I move my head it hurts and if I move it looking slightly up/down it hurts worst. The pain has died down a little since I woke up but it is still bad.

There is no known cause as to why this began. He developed pain while swallowing (on Monday). The front of his background-color: #dae8f4'>neck feels bruised. He also said it feels as if he was screaming all night at a rock concert. The most painful motion is when he tries to tilt his head back.

Avatar_n_tn I have a pain in my background-color: #dae8f4'>right <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>neck that goes down my background-color: #dae8f4'>right arm. The tendons fell swolen from my background-color: #dae8f4'>neck down my arm. The doctor thaught it might be frozen shoulder. I'm wondering if it's a tumor. Had injury back in 1989 to back and background-color: #dae8f4'>neck.This started about 5 weeks ago and has gotten better but seems to persist. Advil helps, but wondering if MRI would answer question.

Avatar_m_tn precipitation of head pain by <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>neck movement or awkward <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>neck positions, head pain when external pressure is applied to the background-color: #dae8f4'>neck or occipital region, restricted range of motion of the background-color: #dae8f4'>neck, and background-color: #dae8f4'>neck, shoulder and arm pain. 778037_tn?1377989800 After the sugery pain subbackground-color: #dae8f4'>sided, I was free from the head/<span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>neck/shoulder pain for about a month. Since then, the pain has gotten worse, however two additional locations have started to hurt. It is now on the background-color: #dae8f4'>side of my head (between my eye and ear) and deep in my background-color: #dae8f4'>neck. It has accelerated to a boiling point, much like it did background-color: #dae8f4'>right before I was referred to the ENT who performed my surgery. I feel like my body is trying to tell me something. I have the pain all day; morning, noon and night.
Avatar_n_tn I would say I have 'abnormal' <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>neck cracking. It is not bones rubbing together, it is to do with the tendons/ligaments - this is what a 'chiropractor' told me. background-color: #dae8f4'>necks are very sensitive to stress/tension.
Avatar_n_tn then started seeing a DC) * C-section with spinal 4 years ago (no complications) * Whiplash injury 3 years ago that exacerbated <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>neck pain (1st <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>neck X-ray taken at this point; trouble spot noted at C-5, but no rupture) * Successful sinus endoscopy 2-1/2 years ago (alleviated much of the facial pain due to 100% blockage on background-color: #dae8f4'>right background-color: #dae8f4'>side) * Had gone to a DC for 10 years who mainly does 30 minutes of trigger point massage, and adjusts only occasionally when background-color: #dae8f4'>neck vertebrae were obviously out *
Avatar_m_tn I believe it is just a pinched nerve and I have tweaked it before but usually the pain stays within the <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>neck area and goes away in a day or two. This time it is shooting down my background-color: #dae8f4'>right shoulder. I went to a message therapist to try and relax the muscles and it hasnt helped. The pain is starting in my background-color: #dae8f4'>neck. I have no strength in my background-color: #dae8f4'>neck when lying down or getting up. If I do this or turn my head, the pain shoots down my background-color: #dae8f4'>neck, across my trap area and into my shoulder.
Avatar_n_tn Hi! Pain in lupus can be due to lupus arthritis, or due to pain in muscles and tendons around the joint, or it may be unrelated to lupus. The mainstay of treatment in lupus arthritis are NSAIDS, such as naproxen or ibuprofen. If the patient does not respond to these or NSAIDS are contraindicated for some reason then low doses of glucocorticoids such as prednisone are used.
