Common Questions and Answers about Pain neck tendons

I have been celiac for 3 years now, and yes I find I often have the same problem. I suffer from severe neck and back pain, also really painful headaches. However I am not sure if the two are related. I do suggest trying to strengthen yourself by working out, when I am active I feel my best. But I also know what its like being weak and exhausted so it hard to motivate yourself to work out. Its like a roller coaster. Also seeing a chiropractor might be a good option for you? Whats in your diet?

If I take a deep breath, cough, or burp it hurts the tendons(?) on the right side of my neck, the pain seems to be increasing with time, and the right side of my neck is starting to feel sore and somewhat swollen, although that might be because I keep messing with it since it is making me nervous.
I have had this pain in the right side of my neck for a few months now. It originates from the tendons that reach from my right shoulder up the side of my neck and into the back of my head, but only when I turn my head to the right. And when I rub that tendon for a few moments the pain decreases, it is really weird because I thought that this shouldn`t last this long, for one thing I am only 18.

The left breast pain is a new symptom that started about 3 weeks ago, but they were mild darting pain thats comes intermittently, but now the pain is a little more constant. So what could be going on with me?
And I also have experienced the neck pain every so often. But now, after over talking/volunteering, I'm experiencing the pain non stop, And my head hurts quite a lot. Also when I lay my head down I can feel a very hard beat in my head. I feel the pain also moves to my teeth, and even down my chest. I'm very worried to what this might be. In addition, I panic when I get unfirmiliar pain, so I'm over worrying, thinking I might die.
The shoulder is the most mobile joint in the human body and the rotator cuff in the shoulder, which is made up of four tendons, is responsible for a wide range of motion. Any swelling, inflammation, tearing, or bony changes around these tendons causes pain when especially with movement of the arm above the head, behind the back, or straight out in front. The most common cause of shoulder pain is when the tendons become trapped under the bony arch in the shoulder.
A couple nights ago I was sitting in an uncomfortable position which required my neck to be a little sore. When I woke up this morning I had an extreme pain on the right side of my neck. I can feel it when my neck is not moving and in a straight position but when I move my head it hurts and if I move it looking slightly up/down it hurts worst. The pain has died down a little since I woke up but it is still bad.
My husband is 32 and first started getting neck pain (back of neck) on Sunday, and by Monday during the day it became so bad that his range of motion became very limited. There is no known cause as to why this began. He developed pain while swallowing (on Monday). The front of his neck feels bruised. He also said it feels as if he was screaming all night at a rock concert. The most painful motion is when he tries to tilt his head back.

After the sugery pain subsided, I was free from the head/neck/shoulder pain for about a month. Since then, the pain has gotten worse, however two additional locations have started to hurt. It is now on the side of my head (between my eye and ear) and deep in my neck. It has accelerated to a boiling point, much like it did right before I was referred to the ENT who performed my surgery. I feel like my body is trying to tell me something. I have the pain all day; morning, noon and night.
I would say I have 'abnormal' neck cracking. It is not bones rubbing together, it is to do with the tendons/ligaments - this is what a 'chiropractor' told me. Necks are very sensitive to stress/tension.
then started seeing a DC) * C-section with spinal 4 years ago (no complications) * Whiplash injury 3 years ago that exacerbated neck pain (1st neck X-ray taken at this point; trouble spot noted at C-5, but no rupture) * Successful sinus endoscopy 2-1/2 years ago (alleviated much of the facial pain due to 100% blockage on right side) * Had gone to a DC for 10 years who mainly does 30 minutes of trigger point massage, and adjusts only occasionally when neck vertebrae were obviously out *
I believe it is just a pinched nerve and I have tweaked it before but usually the pain stays within the neck area and goes away in a day or two. This time it is shooting down my right shoulder. I went to a message therapist to try and relax the muscles and it hasnt helped. The pain is starting in my neck. I have no strength in my neck when lying down or getting up. If I do this or turn my head, the pain shoots down my neck, across my trap area and into my shoulder.
Hi! Pain in lupus can be due to lupus arthritis, or due to pain in muscles and tendons around the joint, or it may be unrelated to lupus. The mainstay of treatment in lupus arthritis are NSAIDS, such as naproxen or ibuprofen. If the patient does not respond to these or NSAIDS are contraindicated for some reason then low doses of glucocorticoids such as prednisone are used.
